I’ve been with this same company for the past several years while I lived in Washington State and kept them when I moved to SE Georgia a few years ago. No problems whatsoever then I move back to Georgia and Found this office. I never did meet the agent. The front office clerks handle everything and that’s Probably why I got a Laps of coverage penalty from the state. $25.00 fee. The kicker is I have auto payment and have had uninterrupted vehicle insurance for over 20 years. So I called the office and asked for an explanation.... what I got was excuse and they said I had to get it resolved with the state. The state said my insurance company should send in a correction in “the system”. So I called my insurance back and got nothing. I paid the bogus $25 and switched to a different insurance carrier. If you want headaches and sloppy business practice be aware. I suggest find a different office to give your money to.
