Valley Brook Crossing Apartments

Honestly this apartment should have 4.8 stars by now! I loved living there. I had to move out because I needed a bigger place at the time, but this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in! Miss Andrea is the best, always does a great job. Miss Adèle is also very patient. The community is safe, nice and quiet. It’s very well located also. Honestly if I still lived in Georgia and needed a place I would go back there in a heartbeat!

So let me just start off by saying this apartment community is North Decatur’s hidden secret! I have lived here for two years and I was comfortable and felt safe. Working multiple jobs day and night this community I felt really safe in. The maintenance crew were my favs! Stanley
and his team were efficient and nice. The office team were VERY accommodating to my deployed life and they were just responsive. I’m sure I worried them from time to time but they still kept their integrity and met my needs!! The Valleybrook Crossing Team are a family and you can tell based on how they operate. Everyone goes above and beyond. I’m sadden that I moved, but life is about progressing. I would highly recommend this community if you want to save, a quiet community, and to be safe as well. The grounds are kept tidy! You will not see randomly animals by the dumpster or trash! I appreciated this! Anyway, I am giving this community a

I looked at 25 apartment complexes; if you are looking for super clean, well maintained complex, reasonable rent and fantastic staff this complex is perfect. It is an older, quiet 2 story gated complex. Could not be happier with my choice.

I stayed in the community for 2 years. They were the best deal for a gated community in that area. The entire staff was helpful and responsive; Especially Dwayne. It is a much smaller community than most in Atlanta, so you feel less like a "number". The complex was always clean and they fixed any problems I had quickly. I highly recommend them.

I happened to stumble upon this review looking for the number to the leasing office. Something makes me think that these negative reviews are placed by competitors. So let's Start off with management, they are respectful and attentive, they work diligently to ensure that things are taken care of almost immediately. I actually caught someone trying to get into the apartments on the exit side and break the gate, the gate was fixed in less than a full week. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of extra space. Very quiet neighborhood. The only thing it's missing is a fitness center. That's my only gripe. This is a great neighborhood.

Just moved in about a month ago, and so far everything is great. I hope it stays that way and I think it will with great customer service from Dwayne and the rest of the staff. The grounds are well kept, the apartment is spacious, and it's a quiet, safe place to live for a great price. We even have nice neighbors! This place is a gem, especially with its location near D'town Decatur, 78, 285, Tucker and Clarkston. We love it here!

Valleybrook Crossing apartments may just be the best apartment complex one can find in ATL. Especially for the price, safety levels and amazing maintenance service they provide. It is unbeatable. Period.

Andrea and her staff are amazing! They are so friendly and professional .. And the community is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend Valley Brook Crossing!

Love living here very quiet everyone respects everyone's privacy and the maintenance and administrative people are very attentive and handle problems quickly love it

Amazing maintenance teans

We were lived in this place from last 5/ half years , we just moved from there on another place we had a great experience and very good service and these four star for maintenance staff. Not for office staff except Andrea .. office staff is really worst ever specially Elizabeth, we already paid our lease termination fees and she still ask us for a one more rent, they keep our deposit also $815 and one advance rent $894 and she still want money from us without any reason this is unexpected behaviour from you guys, we never ever late in our rent or any type of trouble we never gave but today she called us and behave so rudely... so that’s why I just warn you guys that there is no credit for her she has just interested in grabbing our money.
