Jarod was great to work with and I would highly recommend him and his team at Roof Dawgs. We put an addition on the house with a rooftop deck a couple years ago, and recently started having water leakage issues into the house from under the rooftop deck. I reached out to Roof Dawgs and Jarod responded pretty immediately and quickly came out to look at the issues. He was able to figure out a solution to our issue and was able to seal the areas of the roofing under our deck that were leaking without us having to pull any of the decking off. While he was out doing that work, I had him take a look at our 22 year old roof, which I already knew was in rough shape and likely needed replacement soon. He gave us a fair quote for replacing our roof and installing gutter guards, and his team was able to get out to do the work within a week. His team worked efficiently and did quality work, and we couldn't be happier with our new roof. I would recommend him to anyone needing to repair or replace their roof!

As a government consumer attorney, I did plenty of research and was very cautious about who I selected to replace my roof. Jared stood out from all of the rest with his honesty and superb customer service--answering all of my many questions regardless of the time of day. This company is awesome. We are in the midst of selling our home and the inspection uncovered some leaks. Jarod arrived a day later, assessed the situation and had his crew there 3 days later to make the repairs. We were out of town, so he took pictures of the whole process so we could show the buyers the work had been done. I HIGHLY recommend this company for roof repairs or replacements. I definitely recommend this company. Jarod was professional and knowledgeable. There was a big storm in Garner and I discovered a leak coming through a light fixture. Thankfully Jarod was able to provide assistance within a few hours of my call. He let me know immediately that there were some shingles blown up by the wind but that overall my roof was fine and should give me a few more years. We needed a new roof on our older home located in Mordecai, near downtown Raleigh, and found Roof Dawgs. Hands down the best contractor I've worked with for any home repairs. He helped us file an insurance claim, which saved us money, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Jarod really cares about the quality of the work and the experience of the customer. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Jarod came out to Garner, estimated the cost, got my issues fixed, cleaned up and did an amazing job. I had tree damage on a storage house that cause some rafter rot. They came out, repaired the rafters, replaced the decking and used architectural singles to replace the entire roof. They also replaced my fascia board that was damaged and even offered to paint the facia to match if I still had the original paint color.

I also had sagging under my solar panels that had been on the roof for 35 plus years. They had been leaking into my bedroom ceiling. They removed the dead solar panels and cut out the damaged decking and repaired the area to prevent further leaks!
Not only were they amazing to work with, they were honest, fast, and cleaned up behind themselves! I'd hire him again and highly recommend using him!

Had a leak and didn't know whether it was a patch or a whole-new-roof issue. I had several contractors out and found Jarod to be honest, forthright, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and the roof is finally leak-free. Offered both a veteran's and educator discount, but was fairly priced (right in the middle of the estimates I got) even before the discount. Absolutely recommend Roof Dawgs for any roofing issues!

Jarod with Roof Dawgs was recommended to me by a fellow hotel owner. He came out to Hickory to inspect my hotel roof for wind and hail damage. When he noted damage, I filed a claim and Jarod met with the adjuster, got the claim approved then he and his crew spent 4 days, three hours away from their base in Raleigh to make sure the roof was replaced perfectly. They managed the vehicle traffic as well as my hotel guests to make sure no guests’ car tires caught a nail or anyone was near the revolving construction zone. And they cleaned up as if they were never there. I’ve recommended Roof Dawgs to all of my other hotel owner contacts as well as residential where needed. Highly recommended.

I was introduced to Jarod by a mutual friend back in 2018 after Hurricane Florence. My hotel in Dunn had major damage to the roof as well as water damage inside from the storm. The insurance company was tough to deal with but Jarod and the Roof Dawgs crew were diligent in the claims process and in the end it was all restored better than it was before the storm. Replacing the roof on a 1904 Queen Anne Victorian home is no small feat. From the age, to the complexity of the pitches, and even the replication of the original squared and scalloped shingle design, things were bound to get complicated and I assumed there would be issues that arose in the process. What I didn’t assume is that it would be easy to find a contractor that could handle a project like this and deliver a finished product I’d be this pleased with. I had a different company come out before and told me I needed a new roof after being up on the roof for 5 minutes. Well hard to find where to start with as there are hundred good things to say about Roof Dawgs. I have severe hail storm damage to our 2 year old home and contractor sent by our insurance company was a rip. saw roof Dawgs yard sign next door and decided to call them, next thing within hours Jared was there to walk met through the assessment and repair process, I felt convicted and asked them to proceed.
