Iris Omokhodion told my roommate that we should apply for a property quickly, as they wanted to rent the property as soon as possible. They were somewhat responsive before we applied. As soon as we applied, we heard nothing back and I don't think they even ran our background check. It really feels like they took our application fee and did nothing. It's been over two weeks, and we have texted, emailed, and called with no response or update. I would not recommend trying to lease from this company.
