I have been with Farmers Insurance - Kyle Heywood for a couple of years now and I am very happy with their service, customized advice on my policy options, discount opportunities and quick responses to my questions. I am also happy with their claims processing service and timely updates on the claims.

I have multiple investment properties in the St. Louis area and Kyle and his team cover all of them. He and Jessica are always very responsive whenever I have any questions or want to add more properties to my portfolio. Such great service and I appreciate all the hard work.

What I like about this agency is how easy it is to make policy changes such as adding & removing cars and drivers & switching from house to apartment to house when we built a new home. It is so easy as a consumer just to call and know they are dealing with everything.
