Went back again and had Conor make my Sandwich and I must say it was the absolute best. 13 out of 10

We needed last minute catering for 45 baseball players and coaches and they stepped up 2 days in a row when every other place said give us 24hrs notice. Great job to that Hendersonville team!!

There was a cute employee with green hair who was incredible. I felt valued, & received a great sandwich. Store was clean, & wait time highly reasonable.

This was not the most "freaky fast" experience I've had at a Jimmy John's, but the service was still quick and spot on as far as accuracy.
The young man who appeared to be the manager on duty was awesome. He seemed excited to be there and happy to meet everyone who came in the door. He was excellent at making people feel welcome and cared for and made sure to invite folks to come back or take advantage of delivery. He seems like the kind of person you'd want to work with! The other staff members were friendly and helpful.
The food was fresh and good and just what you'd expect from a top notch Jimmy John's lunch.
The only thing I'd improve is the seating. The booths are a bit tight for larger people and there aren't many chairs. We opted to sit on the stools at the front table and were perfectly happy, so there was no problem for our party.

I hadn’t been to a Jimmy John’s in a long time, but decided to stop in on my way to work…it was so good! The employee with longer dark blue hair was so efficient, I swear I ordered, paid, and walked out with my freshly made sandwich in less than 90 seconds. Everything on my veggie sub was really fresh, and the bread of course is a highlight. I’ll be coming back more often!

I ordered by phone an order that my daughter went by and picked up and brought to me. She visited for a while and then left. After she left, I opened the sandwich to eat and discovered that it was not what I ordered. I am currently a resident in a skilled nursing facility so I cannot go by and have the order corrected.

I called Jimmy John’s and the gentleman that answered the phone made a new sandwich for me and he delivered that sandwich to me at the skilled nursing facility. That is great, great customer service. I couldn’t believe that they brought me a sandwich.

I highly recommend this Jimmy John’s anytime you want a sub sandwich.

I have to also say that the sandwich was great. The bread was fresh as were all of the ingredients.

I love Jimmy John's. Beach club w/ hot peppers. This particular franchise was good. Food was perfect and FREAKY FAST. I just don't like the location, never any parking.

Awesome team members…they are very fast and respectful…the food is amazing and the establishment is very clean and tidy.

I order from this location all the time. Changed up my preference of sandwich tonight. Not only was it delivered in record time, as always. But the #9 Italian is amazing. Hope all the other JJ's are of this Caliber. My wife is in the food and beverage industry as a kitchen manager and she raves about the quality and service we get there. Great place to order in....

They made my sandwich so freaking fast. It was fresh and delicious. Their speed definitely lives up to their commercials. The girl working there cracked me up and said they get wacked with bread if they're not speedy fast (obviously she was joking) but it made my day. A little bit of humor during these crummy pandemic days really goes a long way. Thanks yall 😁

I placed a catering order and worked with Nick. To say that he was fantastic is a understatement... he helped me work through the details of a large order and went out of his way to make sure that the order was delivered at the right time, at the right place.
The customer service was great! The sandwiches are too :)

I have ordered from this location several times. Not only are their sandwiches phenomenal, so is their service. I always get my food so quickly and I've never had a single issue. LOVE this location! Y'all are the best! 👏

Truly a fast service! I always heard the funny radio commercials but never went to a Jimmy John's. I was having a crummy afternoon and hadn't eaten lunch so my boyfriend ordered from them while I was at school. The whole process from ordering it to completely devouring it was 30 mins! Now that's fast! :-D

Great customer service experience. Came in yesterday and was greeted by respect by a young woman with blonde hair. Very helpful service from her and the other staff. I will be returning!!

Picked up a sandwich to take home. My order was taken quickly and the food prepared just as quick. The bread was fresh as well as the toppings. Miss having them close by.

I've been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches for years, and the ones from this specific store are some of the best put together sammies I've ever gotten from you guys. I dont know if it's the foodie/artsy vibe of the town inspiring your staff to craft superb sandwiches, but I just wanted to let you and anyone else who might read this know that your sandwiches are damn good.
