Wonderful experience! They were able to get me an appointment fairly quickly, and able to take care of my infected tooth same day, was in and out in less than 2 hours. Professional, friendly, and courteous staff! Even though my current dental insurance wasn’t able to be used here, the cost of the service was affordable. Thank you all so much!

My tech was very personable and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me as she performed her tasks. Dr. Powers was very efficient, as usual, and discussed procedures and trouble areas, as he went along.

We’ve been having issues with my temporary crowns failing, which appears to have been corrected during my last visit a few days ago. Dr. Powers handled the work himself and spent almost 2 hours doing very detailed and thorough work. I am very pleased.

Had an emergency situation. Being a first time patient, I was worried that they wouldn’t have an opening for me on the same day of the emergency. That was not the case. I was admitted right away. The Dr and his assistants were very professional and solved my emergency. I was in and out in less than 1:30 hours. Very happy about this good experience.

I just had my first appointment with Dental Care of Braselton for an exam and cleaning. Macy was very thorough with cleaning, polishing, checking my gums, and taking a full set of x-rays. Dr. Powers completed a thorough exam. They reviewed the results with me and scheduled my next 6-month checkup.

I can’t say how amazing this dental office is! I truly struggle with dental anxiety and will find any excuse to avoid going. However, yesterday 8/21 I had a dental emergency. I called Dental Care of Braselton and they got me in the very next morning as a NEW PATIENT! When I walked in I was immediately greeted with the most welcoming smiles. I was taken back very quickly and met my dental assistant (I can’t remember his name) but he was wonderful! I shortly met Dr. Patel. He was very thorough with everything. He took the time to go over everything I NEEDED with so much patience and understanding! Upon seeing how much I would have to pay the same day, I was given OPTIONS. This whole office was patient and helped me in so many ways. They waited on me and kept my room ALL DAY and reserved for me to figure out the financial aspect. Once I figured everything out they took me back immediately and got started. Dr. Patel continuously checked on my comfort level throughout the whole procedure and kept me comfortable pain wise. I FELT NOTHING and when I did it was taken care of immediately. I left their office today with confidence in who I chose to take care of my dental health and with my issue fixed. Everyone from front staff, financial staff, dental hygienist, dental assistant and Dr. Patel was WONDERFUL! I cannot thank these people enough for what they did today. They took patient care and satisfaction to another level. I will never go anywhere else again.

I like Dr Powers. He does not try to sell you more than you absolutely need. Everyone is super nice. So I'm happy I found them.

Amazing customer assistance and dental hygienist attended with a lot of professionalism

Dr. Powers is very thorough and has a gentle touch! I felt 100% comfortable and trust in the recommendation on how to address my dental needs. The dental assistant, D was amazing as well. I cannot remember his full name, but first name initial starts with a “D.” I will highly recommend this practice.

This was my first time visit. All medical staff are super friendly and take time to explain what type of procedure you are about to have or need to have instead , making you feel at ease.
