Lia is extremely polite and she goes out of her way to accommodate. My husband lost his debit card and she put it in a safe place and 1st thing she did when she saw him was give it back. Exceptional

With a line to the door, the personnel at my UPS shipping provider call out to identify the drop off customers and thin out the line.
They then process the rest of us efficiently.
They package our orders if needed with a smile. I pass by two providers to use my UPS store on Sugarloaf and Cruse in Lawrenceville GA.

I come here every few months and they are always so helpful. I have large orders that are tedious and they are super helpful and nice! Yuli, Saif, Hiren are always so helpful and nice even though i have a thousand packages. Always smiling and so kind.

Each time I have business involving UPS, I go to the store on Sugarloaf Pkwy because I love how professional and helpful they treat every customer! Employees like Tony Bradford go out of their way many times to make us clients feel important; and also help us to accomplish our tasks!!

The service was honestly quick and easy. It didn't take too much to turn in a package to be sent and the wait for service didn't take too long.

Very good customer service! I do all of my shipping needs here as well as other services they offer! I had a minor issue with shipping a hazardous item. Corporate offered a terrible solution and the owner took great care of my. We will continue doing great business with this store!

Never did a review before but i was looking up the hrs of this specific UPS location I visited earlier this week. The female associate whom provided me with assistance was AWESOME. I know I read reviews to help me in making decisions sometimes, which results in my final decision having been influenced by these reviews. LONG STORY SHORT , I had AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, if you're in the area and need services of this nature, Drop in there. They're SUPER HELPFUL and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at THE UPS STORE! Radiya was the lady who assisted me. I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I had a rather complex issue and she simplified it for me.

I’ve been using this UPS store for a little over two years now. They consistently provide excellent service. I always choose this store over the post office that is within equal distance of my house because of the prompt service and helpful employees.

After having a horrible experience at the Collins hill UPS store I came to this UPS not sure what to expect. I am so thankful for the wonderful customer service I received by the young lady that works here. Will definitely be back.
