Extremely great value for the price with location right next to the beach and the boardwalk. The staff are extremely generous as well

Rooms were clean and had a refrigerator that kept everything nice and cold. Pool was very nice and just a very short walk onto the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Had a really nice time.

Listen if you haven't been to Dolphin Lane in North Carolina. Then you haven't been to the beach. This place is a dream for families. Owner David and his wife Lori are great folks. Family owned and operated 👌🏻

They Have A Great POOL.......

Once I first came to this hotel, I knew it was going to be nice. All my experiences here were absolutely amazing. The rooms I've been in were very clean, I've barely seen any bugs, and the pool was extremely clean. I am really happy with my experience here, I am hoping to come again soon! (I def recommend coming to this hotel, the employees are very nice, it is also well cleaned!) Anyways, that's all I have to say, enjoy your experience here traveler.

We stayed here for two weeks and I was nervous being away from home that long, but once we arrived I looked forward to staying. The owners are extremely nice and went above & beyond to help us with anything we needed. The staff is super friendly and made sure we had clean linens & our rooms cleaned everyday. I don't have anything negative to say our experience at Dolphin Lane was amazing and we look forward to staying here again next month and for our family vacation at Carolina Beach every summer. I love everything it has to offer and hated to come back home.

Love this place!!! Rooms are spacious, clean. We had a full kitchen, awesome. We had, pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffee cups, silverware everything we needed. The staff is great!!! Loved our maid. Janice, your Awesome!!! Can't wait for next year.

—-6-3-23. Just returned from another one of many stays at Dolphin Lane. Still a great place, reasonable price and always clean always nice staff, owners are super friendly. Remodeling done also, This place is within walking distance of everything.

Stepping into the room it smelled Great 👌! The service was great. You get a parking pass upon check-in. That lasts until you leave, you could have a room facing the beach or a apartment style unit. Or even a cottage. All are within two minutes walking to the beach. A washing station right next to the pool, grilling station, laundry on-site $1.50. Everything is in the island. The room was clean,the towels wash cloths sheets and pillows smelled of freely washed Linen and soft with fabric softener.

it was my boyfriends birthday and we went for the day and decided to spend the night. I've stayed here before and it was great! So we checked to see if they had any rooms left. They did! We got a 2 room suite, that has a full kitchen, 3 beds, oceanfront. It was amazing!!!! We got our kids to come down and spend the night and we had a blast. It's right on the ocean, close to the boardwalk, close to shopping and food. The staff is amazing! The room was extremely clean, and very cold when we got to our room. Most hotels keep the ac off and you have to turn it on when you get there and wait for it to cool down. Not here! The price was awesome too! Every time I stay here, it's always enjoyable and very friendly staff and couldn't ask for anything more!!!! So looking forward to our next trip there!

Nice. Ocean view was beautiful. Older but newly renovated efficiency room. Clean. Beds were comfy. I wish we could have stayed longer. Nice staff. Think we got last room available. Surprised it was so busy after hurricane. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I go every year for our anniversary. We absolutely love love love the dolphin lane ! David is wonderful and willing to do anything to help you ! I just made my reservation I can’t wait. The pool is always nice and clean and the ocean access is very convenient. The location is good you can walk to the boardwalk and and close to many restaurants!! I highly recommend! We have stayed many places in Kure/Carolina but this is the best !!!!

Absolutely loved our mini vacation here. Our room was very clean, plenty of room, great view of the ocean, pool was nice & clean, nice area, no rifraft, no druggies wondering around, quiet streets, & perfect location. The gentleman who helped us when we arrived was very nice, respectful, helpful, very humble, & made us feel welcome right at home. We looked at several other motels before deciding to stay here & I will say that we had a great time here & we WILL return to Dolphin Lane Motel for our future vacations. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially families with younger children. 🤗🏝🌊🌞😎

Great Value Price for a Beach front Motel.I would have giving a 5 star but comfort is always needed but the bed was hard.

Love this motel. We stay here every year for my birthday. Rooms are clean, have everything you need including full kitchen.

Just passing through, so we only stayed for one night, but we will be coming back to stay at this place! It's a very simple, beachfront hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean with a huge balcony! The people were also nice. We didn't want to leave.

We stayed here June20th-25th. I read the reviews beforehand and I was a little hesitant but it was the only place that had a room available. I am so glad I was "forced" to take a chance on this place. The staff was super friendly, the pool was great and the room was clean. Can not beat the view! The Wi-Fi and tv did have some issues but that was okay. If you "need" these things, stay home and let someone else enjoy that view. Can't wait to go back next year.

I have stayed here many times and love it, the kids love it. Very nice considering I stayed at the seawitch one time when dolphin was full and hated it. The rooms are more spacious at dolphin and better kitchens. Never had a problem and the staff is amazing. People that are complaining must be "born with a silver spoon" kind of people!!

The room was clean and quite - the bathroom could use a remodel but otherwise a great value for the amount paid. The beds were comfortable but next time I will remember to bring my own pillow. I was pleased with how quiet the motel was and the beach was right there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan of visiting again.

We loved it. I stayed at Dolphin Lane as a kid with my younger sister and parents. Now that we have children of our own, we all make the trip together. The owners are nice enough to let us all have neighboring rooms. The people in the office and the maids that clean the rooms are all very pleasant and friendly.

Have to say one of the best motels/hotels. David, his mom, and JD are the best. I been reading some complaints on here about bed bugs and floors being dirty, well here to tell you I have been staying here for 15 years now, twice a year and never experience bed bugs and for the floor they don't have time to shampoo the floor after every guest for the next occupant, so get over it. So to me the best and close to everything. Keep the good work up guys. Love you all.
