I had my new puppy with me (not planning on really walking away with a new car that day) she let us bring her inside so she didn't have to be all alone in the car. I had to get a different vehicle and was nervous about going to car dealerships. Most places I’ve visited in the past have been bad experiences, but Pinegar was wonderful! Start to finish this was a great place to buy a car. We went through the used car side. Dave was no pressure but very informative.
He worked with us so well. Then in financing we dealt with Paul who was so much fun but also very professional.

Strong service and attention to detail from Baylee! She was a great communicator (via text which is really helpful) and remained flexible to accommodate a showing around my schedule. She even hand-delivered a spare key to my workplace after I left the dealership with my new vehicle.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with making a new car purchase. From the beginning when we met Loura our salesperson, who was so helpful and knowledgeable though not pushy. She was able to explain the different features of the CR-V in a very detailed and helpful manner. The entire process went smoothly and in a timely fashion from looking to buying! There is a great financial department and even a person dedicated to helping the new owners understand the technology in their new purchase.
