this is a review for the girl working the drive thru this evening. despite people being absolutely awful, she still managed to keep everything professional. i hope she reads this, i want her to know that she is very strong and she in no way deserved to be treated like that. i hope good things come your way 🧡

I would definitely reccomend this Pharmacy. They are always so friendly helpful but most of all never judgemental. They make sure you always get the best service and when they are busy they keep you informed..They always have been very professional even when you call over the phone. I was sad when Susan left, but I know I will still receive the absolute best service. Hats off God Bless each and every staff member.

The urgent care sent in an RX to this pharmacy around 9pm, I got to the store about 10 min later and was expecting to wait a while for the prescription based on reviews... They were pretty busy with customers in line but my prescription was ready as soon as I walked up to the counter and gave them my name. I'm glad that there's a place that's open 24hrs to get urgent prescriptions.

Amazing experience. Came to pick up my child’s prescription. There has been a shortage on antibiotics. The pharmacist Susan took her time to call the dr and find something that work for my kid and was in stock. So thankful we came to a pharmacy that has a pharmacist who goes above and beyond for her patients!

Love this pharmacy! It’s always open. You never know when you are going to need a prescription for sick kids. Love the staff too. They answer all of my medicine questions and we get our flu shots every year with them.

I use Walgreens due to the ability to get my prescriptions at different locations depending on my schedule. I like this particular store and shop here frequently.

They might be busy but, hey, open 24 hours!? Even their phone answering service is the best I’ve ever heard for any business. I really appreciate their being open for Springfield.

I love this store, From the store manager to Elizabeth and Susan Jim, this has been my pharmacy for over 12 years! When my husbands insurance sent us to CVS, he actually changed jobs so we could go back to Walgreens, 5 months of CVS was all I could take! Just one thing the new people need to ask for help a little sooner! See ya next time!

I Love this place

I’m posting on behalf of my friend (who will remain anonymous for his own safety). My boy decided to put off getting his wife’s Mother’s Day gift (her FIRST Mother’s Day, mind you!). He went to Walgreens on Campbell and created a calendar of photos of their new baby. This Walgreens delivered and has successfully made my bro look like a darn hero! Great service. Fast, friendly and wonderful all around!

I shop at this location often because it is right next to my house. On Wednesday March 3rd I went in after work and had some issues with my prescription refills ( which were my fault ) Brady was working in the pharmacy that night and he was awesome. He solved my problem and saved me from having some issues with my medicine...just wanted to say kudos and thanks!!

Almost every Walgreens I've been to in the country are pleasant places to spend a lot of money lol...every store is exactly the same, one can forget which one they're in. Walgreens employees seem to be some of the nicest in retail stores as a whole. Always clean. ❤👌

Excellent service! The night manager helped me avoid a scam on eBay. He saved me over $1000 all together, and was kind enough to break down how the scammers work and what to look for next time. His services are definitely appreciated!!

Love this store. Treated with respect, the use of technology in ordering prescriptions by app is awesome. I have no complaints about the store at all. Thank you for being amazing at what you do, and especially for not treating us in anything but a wonderful, professional manner.

Sometimes Walgreens, it's just a gamble. If you're waiting in line it sucks, most times whenever you were in the Drive-Thru. Yet they are always very courteous so I'll give them five stars. Bravo Bravo.

I don't know where to start. But James in pharmacy, wow! Epic personality, his energy and attitude is highly contagious. I've been to several States and not ONCE have I seen a person, an employee of Walgreens like that! Giving out suckers to kids, interacting with the kids and the adults. Very polite and well mannered and awesome customer service. I don't live by this Walgreens but I can tell you, it is well worth the trip and make this your home pharmacy! Keep up the epic job James!

In the few times I've went here the staff and pharmacist answered all questions and gave me advice regarding medications that many places would not have , it a huge plus in my book when you get help to cut down on side effects of a medication you may be temporarily taking. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

I quickly got a hold of a pharmacist on the phone who happily filled my child's prescription in the middle of the night thank you! The staff at this location are wonderful 👍👍
