Torero's Mexican Restaurant

We were in town for a soccer tournament and had reservations for our team and parents. The service was excellent considering our large group and drink orders along with chips and salsa came quickly. The entree portions were large and very good. The atmosphere was excellent and I would highly recommend this establishment when in town.

Best Mexican food in Goldsboro NC! I’ve been eating here since I was 15, and the food never disappoints! I always get Toreros plate, or Ciscos favorito, and it’s always delicious. If you’re looking for cocktails, the Rum Buckets are great. They also sell Micheladas, and they’re amazing!

Was recommended by the lady working at the DMV license office. Portions were immense on the lunch specials, price was reasonable. Service was friendly. If we lived here we'd be here all the time.

This is great "out of the way" restaurant. I've eaten here several times while visiting family. They're always very friendly and quick on service. The food is genuinely tasty. Very nice place.

The food and price per portion were amazing. If you want carry out at this location, you have to call and the first few times I tried the line was busy. Overall it was really good!

We went for the first time on Sunday. We were immediately met with a warm welcome and a great vibe. The food and drinks were awesome but what makes this place special is the service! The owner was a treat and our server took such good care of us, I would give them 10/10. The spicy margarita was one of the best I've ever had, the portions are large and delicious.

Great food and service! Stopped in late in the evening for dinner with my daughter. Can I just say you can definitely share if you are a small eater.

I've eaten here twice. I've lived all over and traveled in the US. To me Sam Diego Mexican stand are top notch. This place is that good. Last week my waiter (Nori) not sure of the spelling but was on point. I don't live there but If I'm in town I'm trying more items.

It's OK. I don't think the waiter, thought that we were going to tip him. He had an attitude like we were bothering him.

Food and service are wonderful. There is plenty of food on your plate. Music was so loud my party of 4 couldn't hear each other. We did ask for the music to be turned down. It was turned down. Thank you. It was a Saturday night.

The portions are insanely large, so get ready to have leftovers for a big snack later! They had the wait staff singing karaoke that night.. it was a bit loud to hear my conversation but our table ended up singing along a couple of times. It’s a really nice spot with really good food

Great food and lot’s of it! Torero’s never disappoints. The waitresses were very friendly and kept our glasses filled. Always checking to make sure we were doing ok. We had a big party, 10 people and they had no problems taking care of us!

Exceptionally friendly staff and owner and his family and excellent food! Flan, made by Miquel, the owner, is the best I have ever eaten.

Try to eat here at least once a week. I highly recommend the Texas Fajitas has great flavor. Oh yeah and the drinks are always mixed very well they don't skimp on the alcohol either.

I love this restaurant! The service is outstanding and the food is some of the best in town. Located in downtown Goldsboro, this restaurant is easy to spot by the beautiful painting on the side of the building. The atmosphere is warm and inviting while the food is hot, fresh, and beyond delicious. I like to eat here whenever I'm celebrating a small victory, but I could definitely eat here everyday. The prices are affordable and the serving sizes are huge! I like that I can take a little home for later. The chips and salsa are highly addictive so try to reframe from eating too many before your main course. Highly recommended if you love authentic Mexican cuisine!

Absolutely phenomenal food, atmosphere, and staff. They are our new favorite restaurant here in Goldsboro after living her for nearly 4 years! Food is fresh, hot, and served quickly. Everything is clean. Our servers have always been super helpful and friendly, even with an occasional language barrier. I have no complaints! :)

Fantastic, authentic Mexican food. If I lived closer I would be back for sure and taking my friends. Unfortunately I live in Canada so won’t be back too soon! But wish I could be there today!

I went at lunch and my waitress was not very attentive. Other than that, the portion of food is plentiful and very tasty! Will be back!
