If I could give 10 stars I would. Katie Trenerowski has to be the best agent out there. She has been by my side and checking in with me even 4 months before I moved to North Carolina. She has been with me day and night and even when she was out of the country on vacation. She was always available. She calmed my nerves and my fears many times. We got to closing and my lender made a huge mess with the flood insurance they were requiring me to have on my FHA loan. Katie fought for me every step of the way. We would have never closed today had she just walked away when my lender tried to get her to. Katie is an angel. My lender was a whole other mess. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

WOW, EMILY DUNLAP IS AMAZING!!! I have nothing but praise for Emily. From day one she was very flexible, kind, lovingly straight forward, caring, and patient. She is extremely professional and gets things done. She doesn't sit around and wait for people to get back to her, she goes out and gets answers/action. Honestly, she has restored my faith in the real estate profession. She is easy going and stays calm under pressure, and we had a heck of a time with our closing and she was phenomenal. I actually felt and knew I could leave things in her hands and she would make sure all the "things" were done and on time. We were moving from a different city and didn't know the area well. She was very kind and showed us around and was very patient as we flopped back and forth between renting and buying land, to just renting, to buying a temporary home, and back around again. My husband and I have owned several homes over the past 20+ years. We had never had to file a claim on our home owners insurance until last February... and we had to file 2 separate claims due to 2 major issues! Our home owners insurance went up from $900 to $3600 that year because of our claims. While we expected it to increase... that was much more than we expected! Randall was able to shop around for us a new policy and it cut that by more than 50% off...and still gave us the coverage comparable or better than what we previously had! He saved the day for us and we couldn't be happier with the personalized service we get with Randall! If we have questions he is quick to respond! It's nice to have personalized service and we are grateful that we are both saving money and have that service!
