Bella Montessori Preschool

We are so fortunate to have found Bella. The environment is warm and welcoming. Our children have thrived in this Montessori environment and have impressed us so much with how much they have learned. The teachers are experienced moms themselves and I think that just brings the level up a notch. I feel like they love my kids as much as I do! I really cannot say enough good things about the care here. It’s so nice to find a place you trust. I recommend them to everyone!

We love Bella. The education is top notch and the teachers treat my children like their own. It’s a loving, structured environment. My children have attended at all ages, 3 months - 6 years, and we’ve been happy with our experience all at stages.

My two year old attends Bella and has made an amazing transition into the montessori setting, this is all because of the amazing teachers and owner of the school. The staff is by far the best we have ever had at a daycare facility. I feel comfortable as a mom when I drop off and head to work each day... this is very rare to find in a daycare. My child has learned so much and talks about how she loves going to school. This is all because of the amazing women that care for her each day at Bella. It may not be a fancy building but do not judge a book by its cover on this. These women love what they do and it shows in in this school every day.

Bella Montessori is a place where my children are given the resources to learn and grow independently. It’s comforting knowing they are in the best care and are growing up in a healthy environment with teachers who are passionate about child development and education.

This school came highly recommended to us. We have felt at ease sending our daughter here since day 1. They have allowed her outside therapist to come onsite to work with her. The therapist rave how great of a school this is and that the teachers really care about the kids.

My son attended Bella from about 2.5 until he was ready for kindergarten and my daughter who is now close to 3, continues to attend. Our son was fully ready for kindergarten and is very focused and excited to learn. I attribute much of his kindergarten success to the amazing preparation from his primary teachers, Shawna, Leslie, and Kristin. My daughter also is very eager to learn and excited about her world, and I know much of this is because this is the environment that is created for her at Bella. Not only have my children been academically prepared, they are also shown love and care on a daily basis, which has helped them to become the empathetic, thoughtful, curious, all around loving children they are. The teachers are so passionate about what they do and it shows. We could not be more grateful for Bella and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a preschool.

My 2 kids attended Bella Montessori Preschool for 5 years in total. I have only good things to say about this program. Both owners are very compassionate about the children, understanding of every need and very professional. They have been more of a family rather than the typical teacher/parent relationship over the years. Mrs. Shawna is one of the most kind and passionate people I know. I recommend Bella Montessori as one of the best early learning centers in the Ofallon area.
It is a safe place, the well-being of your children comes first.

Switching our daughter to Bella was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our child! All of the teachers are so loving and supportive plus extremely knowledgeable about Montessori curriculum! They care so much about each of the children and have supported our entire family! When we had our second child, about three months ago, I had zero anxiety about sending him when I needed to go back to work! They are truly our family, now! Plus, I have referred so many families here and they all have not only enrolled but become huge advocates for Montessori and this amazing school!

Our 4.5yo is leaps and bounds ahead when compared to other kiddos her age. Not only is she advanced in her education but her social skills are so developed! I can’t say enough amazing things about this place!

Our twin girls have attended Bella for 3 years now and I am so grateful for the love and learning that they receive. The teachers not only provide child centered learning, they instill principles of independence, manners, kindness and respect. I am continually amazed by the academics and life skills my 4 year olds bring home. The teachers model nurturing skills, respect and love throughout their teachings; they allow my twins to be individuals and excel at their own pace. The teachers/owners take a personal interest in each child and family’s life, making it feel like one big family! When I experienced a medical emergency they went out of their way to ensure my family had the support and help we needed, giving my girls stability. I cannot say enough good things about Bella Montessori and the teachers and would highly recommend this preschool!!!

Both my kids have attended Bella Montessori Preschool for the last few years. I have nothing but good things and recommendations for this program. The owners and staff are so compassionate, understanding, and helpful to the children, parents, and one another. Several of our grand babies have attended Bella from 2009-present and we have been extremely satisfied with everything. The children have learned so much . We absolutely LOVE Ms Leslie and Ms Shawna. They are the BEST!! We highly recommend Bella Montessori.

All of my three children have gone to this wonderful school and loved it. They have done and amazing job at teaching my children to be able to think for themselves as well as encourage them to do things for themselves which my wife and I appreciate. They treat the children as individuals that can make decisions for themselves. The two of mine that went through preschool there entered into kindergarten with an understanding of simple math and some reading and had a real leg up that I think will last them throughout their lives.

Our son has been going here for a year now and he thrives here! We love the staff, the kids, the environment. It’s more like family.

My son has been going here for years, he is extremely shy and sometimes difficult to work with, the teachers here have been nothing but patient, understanding, and helpful in his life. He tells me all the time he has so much fun with the teachers and other students.
