Absolutely stellar customer service!! This is my favorite shop I’ve been to thus far. The environment is very open and welcoming and the staff are extremely informative and friendly. Great selection of coils, mods, disposables, juices, pieces and delta-8 products. The prices are fair and reasonable, too!

I was needing a setup for my cartridges. I am just getting started with these so I had no clue what I was doing or looking for! The friendly as could be, cutie girl behind the counter knew her stuff! I believe her name is Lexi. Very very nice and answered every question I had. If she didn't know something she would say she wasn't sure and not give you wrong info!!! I will be going back and they are worth checking out! Great experience

Awesome service, awesome staff, the best at what they do, best prices, get treated like family, everyone loves to sit back, relax, vape and talk about whatever ( especially disc golf). Staff will help with your every vaping need, question, concern and comment. They don't treat you like an idiot and don't try to sell you something you really don't need or want. Very curteous and professional employees within a very welcoming environment. Each employee knows what they are talking about and is more than willing to explain anything if you arent sure of something or dont understand something. Prices are good and everything i need is in stock. Along with a very large selection of the newest products and almost overwhelming amount of premium juice that is available. Very good place and will recommend to friends

I had a superior experience at Vapor Co OFallon Plaza. I quit cigarettes and I decided to use vaping to help me quit completely. I went in clueless and purchased what was suggested. I got home and had a problem with the vape so I called the store. They offered to help me any way they could but it would be easiest in person. I went back expecting a condescending attitude. I was met with patience and respect. They walked me through that entire process and answered every question I had. I walked out confident and educated.
I will not go to another vape store and I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen.

As a first time customer this was my experience. These folks sold me a SMOK VFV16 tank and a pack of coils on a Saturday. The tank leaked like a sieve. The cause was the coil that came with the tank was shipped missing a gasket. When I came back in Sunday the manager replaced the coil. When the tank continued to leak, the manager, Kyle Linders, replaced the tank with a new one and kicked in a free bottle of my favorite flavor, in a special mg/ml level for my trouble.
The staff seems to be knowledgeable about their products and worked with me to guarantee my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to go back. I as a long time e-cigarette user I would highly recommend Vapor Co of O'Fallon to anyone who values customer service.

It was a nice little store,excellent customer service!! The woman behind the counter was very sweet and helpful! My only complaint was they didnt have a huge variety of selections BUT they did have one of the setups I was lookin for, so I cant really complain. Thankyou very much for your hospitality!
