This was by far the easiest mattress buying experience that I have ever had. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. There were no hard sell sales tactics, gimmicks, nor did he try to upsell us. Matt simply explained the pros and cons of each mattress. It was truly a great experience and I would highly recommend Mattresses by Appointment to anyone looking to support a locally owned business with great prices, and that is customer centered.

Matt was knowledgeable for the new mattress were in the market for and did not pressure us into anything we were not interested in. He even delivered within the same weekend of purchase. We are grateful for your great service.

It was a spur of the moment decision one evening around 7:15 pm and messaged about wanting a new mattress and he met up with us that very night, and delivered the next day. Lots of choices, and prices very fair! I most definitely recommend!! For reference we bought a king and a twin.

There are so many different types of mattresses nowadays that I was lost. He provided me with information about each one and made recommendations based on what I was looking for.
He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the products he had in his store. Prices are extremely reasonable. 5 stars.⭐ Highly recommend.

I got a quality queen size mattress and payed well below retail store pricing. Loved the small business atmosphere and that the owner doesn't hover over you while you're looking around. There are options for payment plans if needed and the pricing is straight forward with no hustling or upcharges. Great place for people with social anxiety as well since you get your own appointment time with no other people crowded around you. We need more businesses like this one around.

Very great option for getting a new mattress. I was a little skeptical at first but Matt met us promptly at the agreed time, he gave us great information about each mattress, and we got a great sleep on the mattress of our choice for a good price. Would highly recommend.

Matt was very helpful when choosing a mattress, I went into the shop over a month ago to look at mattress’s.Which he reassured me that I was in no rush and that the mattress would be there for me when I needed it. I applied with the payment plans and it was very easy to use and understand. He was also very quick to respond via text or phone call and to top it all off will even delive your mattress for you!! All in all a wonderful place to purchase a mattress and even better customer service.

So easy to schedule an appointment. The owner was super kind. He listened to what our needs were and i he met them with the perfect mattress. We also decided on a platform thrugh Mattress By Appointment. We had one picked out on Amazon but really wanted to give Matt the business as a thank you for great service. Now that the mattress is home, all setup, and being used we will agree that this was exceptional service with a great quality mattress.
