I highly recommend using this storage company. The sign up process is swift and simple. Especially if Guillian is your customer service req . She knows her job and is very patient and kind. All around great service.

Rented for a second time a month ago.
Unexpectedly, our current need for storage changed and we needed to cancel our unit.
Both Mark & Cherryl assisted in the process very proficiently.

Working with Radiant's fully automated system made the entire process a breeze. Simply make a phone call, fill in and sign emailed docs, receive access info, then just move right in. They even provide a lock inside the unit for your convenience. Truly no hassle!

We have used this facility once in the past with equally wonderful results. Both of our tenancy's were quite uneventful and very conducive to doing our business on a day to day basis.
Any time you can simplify, it is a blessing.

If I could give it, zero stars, I would. This is the worst storage facility I have ever dealt with. They have people that live on site. Those people are supposed to take care of business. They do not. They are clueless. They leave the personal vehicles parked in the middle of the rose between the buildings so you cannot drive through. For the first two months that I was in the unit I could not get in after 6 PM. But they advertise that you could get in until 7 PM. After they fix that problem did the gate was broken for almost 2 weeks. It is supposed to be a secure facility. I drove by one evening, while the gate was broken and the police department was there arresting some teenagers that were in a unit. And running homeless people out of unlocked empty units. The people that live on site have a large black mixed breed dog that they let run loose. It is not a nice dog. It scares people. So I moved out of the unit. I told the people that live on site that I was moving out of the unit five days before my rent was due. I called on the date that my rent was due and told the people on the phone that I had moved out. They told me that the only way that they could close out my account is if I paid another month. I am not going to pay another month on an empty storage just so they can close my account. They tried to charge my bank account anyhow. It did not go through because I had already notified my bank. So now my bank will be charging radiant storage with fraud. do not do business with this company.

Absolute headache to deal with... just don't do it! No one on site to deal with and no one to speak with in the U.S. on the phone.

My girl had a unit. It was broken into, and she had tvs and tools stolen. It was ransacked. Stuff everywhere. We had to clean the mess and the people seemed like it was no big deal to them

WARNING, DO NOT RENT HEREl if I could give a negative -10 I would. This place is run like the gestapo. There is absolutely no one on site to help or assist you only foreign people over the phone that are of no help to you. It is run was very black and white thinking, and no Grace no mercy all rules. If anything happens in your life that is an emergency they do not make arrangements, they do not take partial payments. They lock you out of your stuff within 5 days and they keep raising their rates with inflation, and will take 20% late fee if you have a higher price unit and they can get more for a late fee. Warning do not go to the storage, I would suggest USA storage in watson AKA Denham Springs louisiana. In addition my storage unit received water damage from the roof and I had a rat chewed everything in my storage and left mouse droppings on everything, warning do not rent here!

HORRIBLE! Do not go to this place! They don’t have an office onsite and the customer service over the phone is terrible. They falsely advertised a 10x20 unit and when I got to the storage unit it was 2 10x10 units which will not work for our larger items due to the wall in between the two units. I did not put any of my stuff in the units and I returned my locks and called for a refund. The lady over the phone, which it sounded like she was working from home due to the loud screaming kids in the background, told me she would cancel the unit and refund me. A few days go by and I called back about the status of my refund and they said they wouldn’t refund it due to “dissatisfaction” when clearly it was due to FALSE ADVERTISING. Also, the day I went there to show my husband the storage space we saw a HUGE RAT! I will never recommend anyone storing their belongings here.
