I have never had less than stellar service when I shop at Sullivan's for any type of hardware or lawncare need. The staff will always show you to exactly what you need and make sure it's the correct size or type for your specific needs. Even if you just need a replacement bolt or nut you will get the same personal service that you would get if buying a whole new workshop of tools.

I stopped by Sullivan’s to look for two replacement knobs for my pot lids, and the cashier was one of the friendliest women I’ve met. She immediately assisted with my request as I was clueless as to which direction I should look to repair the lids. She walked over to the new knobs area, and even assisted with finding screws to fit perfectly with my lids. She also assembled the pieces and repaired both lids while in store. She did not have to offer her assistance the way she did, but I really appreciate her helping me because I really didn’t know where to start. Sullivan’s is your go to store for almost anything. I highly recommend this local hardware store for your essential household needs. I noticed they also cut and program car keys within the store. If you’re looking for large cast iron pots, then Sullivan’s is your spot. They have practically everything you need. Again, I highly recommend you stop by as you will not be disappointed.

A great local business that has everything. The employees are cool. The prices can be on the high side, but that's to be expected from a small business trying to hold its own against big-box stores. It's worth going to just to avoid going into massive stores, not knowing if you can find an employee helpful enough or knowledgeable enough to help you find the simplest of items.

True native knowledge across the board. This establishment has been long known as a go-to provider not just of materials but of information no matter how small or big of a job. From the time your phone is picked up they are at the ready. Today's experience was so seamless for me after a 22 year absence that I called explained my situation was told they had the part in 2 different options was quoted over phone and waiting for me at the counter with multiple folks both explaing and labeling wires. Couldn't have drawn up a better plan for a customer friendly experience. By the way the price was so reasonable I almost feel guilty for not leaving gratuity after reading what im writing.

It’s where your grandpa goes. We have gone there all my life and will continue to do so. Has that personal “down home” feel that a Lowe’s or Home Depot can’t replicate. We know our way around the place pretty good by now, but if we were ever stumped looking for something, someone would point it out or offer a suggestion otherwise.

Great Hardware store very friendly and helpful every time

The classic fix it now hardware store. Been going here for 30 years,sometimes driving 10-15 miles past the two big box stores for the service. 99% of the time, they have exactly what I need, and easy to find.

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work with you and cover all the bases on your project.

This is the small town business's you want to keep going and here. You won't get this at Walmart or home depot or even Amazon folks.

A throwback to the days where service was the rule and not the exception. You should be able to find most anything you need and if you can't you'll be greeted by someone who is happy to share thier knowledge and help anyway they can.

They are an Ace hardware affiliate, I was able to get made in the USA bird feed.

I highly recommend visiting the store if you want to travel back 40 years when families owned business.

Decent hardware store. Difficult to find as its an older store and it just kinda blends in to the strip mall it's in. But, they carry a variety of things and have enough associates to help you find something or gone advice when necessary

Nice local place. Great help and easy access from Sullivan road.
