The Beach House

We came to the beach for my birthday and wanted to stay another night. The motel we had booked did not have any other rooms available so we decided to drive around to see if we could find something available. My guy suggested we drive down to the north end and we found The Beach House! Thankful they had a vacancy and we got lucky with an end room on the 2nd floor.
It had a king size bed, sofa and private balcony with a view of the ocean. I appreciate that the room was spacious, clean, updated and had no carpet. A little table & chairs would be a nice addition by the window but still a perfect retreat for 2! We plan on coming back later this summer!

Me and my fiance just stayed here and we were very happy with our room, private balcony and the view. We had easy access to our room and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and we will be back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and the fact that it is so close to the beach, boardwalk, and several restaurants. The staff was very nice and addressed any needs we had. Will definitely bring the family back.

We've stayed at a number of properties on Carolina Beach and honestly, this is the best experience we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, the staff was courteous and attentive. Getting into our room was a breeze and, once inside, we were extremely happy with the state of the room. Clean, quaint, and with a great view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a nice added bonus. The easy access to the beach was also a huge plus for us. Add in a pool and we were sold! We will definitely be back at this property, we couldn't recommend it enough!

The Beach House was perfect!! From the moment we booked, we were so excited to visit Carolina Beach for the first time. Courtney, in the office, reached out prior to our arrival and we felt welcomed right away. It was so nice to be greeted by a person and not just an automated message. The hospitality shown by the entire staff was so refreshing. You could tell the entire crew took great pride in their property and caring for their guests. We had amazing views from our oceanfront room on the 2nd floor, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was also very clean and well-maintained. It was very nice that they had an overflow parking lot, but we always managed to find a spot in the main lot. I do not have a single negative thing to say about this place. We will be back! Stayed here first week in August. Very nice pool. Big rooms. Great they have linens that come with the rent. Parking for 3+ cars. Easy walk to beach (Scallop access). Nice kitchen and good that we could each have our own spaces. Master bedroom was spacious with very nice porch area. Not a fan of the egg shaped swings from the ceiling but my grad daughter fit just fine and thought they were great. Lots of stairs but elevator (once we got used to the proper sequence to use it) was terrific. Kitchen nice. We overwhelmed the refrigerator first day because everything was pretty warm. Nice dining area. Plenty of seating. Ed’s very comfortable. Lovely place

I’ve been visiting Carolina Beach for going on 30 years and this is my favorite place to stay yet! Can’t wait to return to the Beach House again next time. Wonderful accommodations and excellent rates. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable. The pool was refreshing. The view from the balcony was STUNNING. Check-in was fast and easy. We’re ready to come back!

We stayed at The Beach House while at a youth soccer tournament in Wilmington, NC. Great experience, comfortable rooms, and incredible beachfront views. Our favorite moment was watching the sun rise every morning. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and we highly recommend!!! A+++

What a great location. Just steps from the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Loved having a little balcony to watch the sunrise. The complimentary bottles of water and small snacks in the room (that I hid from my kids ...) were such a thoughtful addition. My kids had a great time in the pool. The carpet had seen better days, but that was just a minor element that didn't affect our overall stay. I hope to come back again next summer!

We had a great time! Rooms are clean and the beds sleep comfortable. Views are beautiful even on lower levels, but might have to do more stairs next time for even better view. Many restaurant options within walking distance. Any needs are met with a simple text. The only issue we had we figured out on our last night there and that is to have hot water you have to let it run for about 3 or 4 minutes before bathing. Even with letting it run you still don't have to use cold water but at least it's not a cold shower. No cable was a downer as well, but I understand cutting costs. All things considered, we would not hesitate to stay at The Beach House again! P. S. Pool use early October would be great too as there are still warm beautiful days we discovered. Hurricane Ian probably rushed stopping maintenance on it! Thanks Beach House....I mailed your parking voucher back to you today as we discovered we had left with it too late to come back. They have good toilet paper, and clean towels .

Second time staying there and I have found a regular vacationing spot. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They have everything you need in the rooms, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishes. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The beach is right there, so you don't have to drive and try to find a place to park. The balconies are perfect to just sit and chill while enjoying the scenery of the beach. The Beach House is now my go to spot when going to CB.

A Carolina Beach gem! In November, you don't expect an 80 degree, sunny weekend but there it was. I found The Beach House searching for something oceanfront, affordable and with good reviews. The location is perfect, (on the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants) and the units are small, but clean and recently updated. Check-in/check-out was easy and seamless. The biggest plus for us was the ocean view from our first floor unit. We were steps from the boardwalk to the sand and loved watching the sunrise/sunset from the porch rocking chairs. So relaxing! I would definitely recommend The Beach House!
My one, nit-picky suggestion, and not a big deal would be new shower fixtures because they are dated and hard to turn.

Beautiful view….nice and clean! We stayed here last weekend with our kids. We felt very safe and enjoyed the beach being so close. No hassle checking in….definitely will go back soon.

Faithful guest. I have stay at the beach house for 6 years. I get the same room every time. The staff is wonderful. They work so hard to keep the rooms clean, easy check in/out and compassionate to the guest needs. I came down the first year my husband passed away and the kindness they showed me was unbelievable. This is my home away from home. I can't say enough....

The Beach House morel is a great lil place. The room was very clean and smelled clean when we walked in.
Everything was contactless and my wife was able to schedule and pay for everything online and even got the code for a door via email.
We had a great time there.
I know that no one controls the weather, but I wish it was a bit warmer over the weekend that we went so we could have walked around on the beach.
Our room faced the Atlantic and we were blessed with magnificent sunrise Saturday morning.

This was our second stay at the Beach House and we loved it as much as the first time. Having our 2nd floor room with the lovely balcony looking right onto the ocean was perfect. Practically walking distance away we purchased crabs right off the boat and cooked them ourselves - can't get fresher than that!
The location is great and the room is terrific. We will book there again, I'm sure. Just wish they had an elevator for easier access to the 2nd floor - steps are a challenge for me, but I managed just to have that view!

This is our second time staying at the beach house. We love coming here and convinced a few friends to book some rooms and join us for vacation this year. The property is well-maintained and housekeeping was great. I really like the text system for allowing them meet our needs as far as new towels and stuff. Our room was very clean and the quick access to the beach as well as ample parking space and pool make this an excellent choice for staying beach front in Carolina Beach.

I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely book here again. The pricing was nice for the service and accommodations that you receive. Check in is simple and easy, you have a code for your room. If you need anything there’s a number to call and they bring it right out. It was raining and we needed something and our housekeeper came by and left it by the door. How nice! Also, it’s in a great and quiet location. I felt safe and comfortable here.
