Gateway Flower & Gift Shop

We had to find a last minute florist for a viewing same day due to our previous online order not being delivered. Gateway was so gracious and pleasant to talk to. I did not get the woman’s name, unfortunately. I felt so calm and at ease and she was able to have the flower arrangement delivered to the church for the evening viewing! Supreme customer service. Highly recommend!

I am extremely pleased with Gateway Flower. They rush delivered to accommodate our schedule plus the bouquet is gorgeous! Every flower has stayed perfect for 8 days now. Roses, carnations, daisies, greenery....what a beautiful display!

FANTASTIC customer service and the flowers are GORGEOUS (and smell even better than they look)! He went out of his way on two separate occasions to work with us on two different deliveries to our injured friend. Calling us and taking multiple calls to coordinate the flowers. He really came through in a pinch! NOTHING beats your local businesses when it comes to that personal touch and customer service. THANK you so, so much for your help.

Only delivers to in town Thurmont??? Weird.

Would not guarantee flower to be delivered across the street to my mothers funeral. According to other family members he told them the same thing. He was not friendly and would not even look at picture for a design we wanted for in her coffin. Would never recommend this flower shop for any floral needs.
