Fuji Japanese Seafood & Steak

Friendly people, good food, interesting atmosphere. I ordered hibatchi chicken, it was cooked perfectly. Sweet tea was perfect. A little busy at lunch time, but guick service.

I got the hibachi chicken and it was so good! The sweet carrots are my favorite part and these ones are perfect, not too mushy but not undercooked either, perfect amount of sweetness. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and there were juices seeping into the rice which made it all come together.

Service was great! The people there were very friendly when I went. I met the cook David and had to tell him he did a great job!

Definitely the best hibachi around and fair prices!

The chicken ,shrimp broccoli with fried rice and a California roll was absolutely delicious. That was my second visit and there will be more.it is drive thru only now but I was assured they would be opening for dining soon.

Eat there at least once a week. Portion, service and quality always excellent until tonight. We called an order in at 6:07, arrived at 6:21, paid for the order which wasn't ready of course, because of the wings, watched it bagged and tied shut, and had to ask about it at 6:37. NOT the cashiers fault because she was slammed. Our food sat for 12- 15 minutes while orders went out around it???Service should be job one
.. Finally cooled down about the time we got home with our 15 minute COLDER food. But... we will continue eating there.You can't down aKILLER restaurant because of one employees oversight....

They are the BEST in Caldwell county! The food is great & the customer service is even better! My family gets their food at least once a week. We won’t go anywhere else for Japanese food!

We love their food. We eat there at least once a week. Their sushi is awesome. Try a new one every time. All have been good so far.

Food is always excellent. The owner and staff are always ver courteous and friendly. We have been dining here for years. Sushi is the best, we have found in the surrounding three counties.

Super nice staff, best jap food around hear... Just now found it. So sad that I didn't know it was hear. Nice atmosphere to eat in with fish tanks and decor.

This place is one of my go-to favorites. Sushi is always made fresh, the soba is always cooked perfectly, and the rice is never crunchy. Best Japanese place I've ever been to. I highly recommend it. And yes it's better than Wild Wok.

My classmate introduced me to this place even though I drive past it every time. The portion and prices are fair. Food is always fresh and good!

Great food and the service was great as well..I see that one person had bad things to say about this place..but then I looked and they actually have not one review that has anything nice to say...I will say this to you...judge it on your own the place is awesome

I love going here. Their hibachi chicken is always so very good, its thr only thing that I ever order, that and their egg rolls. I don't know what kind of sauce that is they give with the egg rolls (it comes in a little bowl) but it is SOOO very good and usually I don't put anything on my egg rolls but i do with that sauce because how good it is. And their shrimp sauce that comes with the hibachi chicken is really good too, I usually get an extra one just because of how I use it. I have 1 for my rice and one for thr chicken & mushrooms. I've been eating here for several years. One of my favorite places to eat. If you haven't ate here your missing out.

I have loved this little place for years. I have even traveled from out of town to visit. It's unassuming in appearance but the food is first caliber. The service is great.

Amazing food and cooks! Very into the crowd. Needs a little work on the food toss. Birthday 🎂 🥳 celebration and pie was an A+ for sure.
