We chose Baker Roofing to build a screened porch on our patio slab. Start to finish - we could not be happier with outcome of the porch; and the craftmanship of the crew. It is beautiful!

After I couldn't find someone local to take on my job, I reached out to Baker. The quality of the work is absolutely top notch and I can't imagine better customer service. The sales rep — Steven Bartz — was so generous with his time and information. I don't know why anyone would choose to work with another roofing company. Even if Baker's estimate might be higher than another company, it is still a much better value.

Excellent from start to finish! From the initial sales call to the end product Baker Roofing provided exceptional care throughout the requested service by letting us know all options for replacing our almost 20 year old roof that had significant wear. Jay, the sales rep, has a service-oriented personality. He took time to help us make a decision regarding color and quality of our roof. Tyler effectively managed the project; Jose installed the gutters without incident. After completion of each project, they cleaned up all nails and residual materials. I called Baker Roofing for the great customer service they provided on a property I lived in 15 years ago, and 15 years later they did not disappoint for my current home. They may come in a bit higher than other companies; however, the service is flawless. You will not have to call them back due to trash left in the yard or shingles installed improperly. I highly recommend this company.

Baker Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing the siding and windows on my house. From Robert Holt, who walked us through the installation process, provided a detailed quote and kept up current on the schedule, to Robert Allen, who oversaw the installation and quickly and fairly addressed questions that arose during the install, to Marcos and Rodney, who led the crews doing the work, it was a pain-free process that was done right the first time. Extremely glad we hired them.

We have had several roofing companies work on our home over the last two decades and Baker is far and away the BEST. These people are on time, send fantastic documentation, do beautiful work and the best part----they clean up as if no one was ever there! Special shout out to William Price (Operations MGR) and Jose Pena (crew leader) for making the whole process easy and delivering a fantastic result. After an oak tree fell on our house we called our insurance company, then we called Baker Roofing. They arrived at our home the next day, ready and willing to help. Our damage was prioritized and within two weeks the roof was repaired and collateral damage addressed. We used Baker roofing 5 years ago to replace our windows and again, were not happy with their work but were DELIGHTED. Bravo for their quality, professionalism and prompt attention.

We had a great experience with Baker. We had four windows replaced, including two that were quite high, and we had drywall done and repainting due to a leak from the previous (non-Baker) windows. Mike Healy and his crew were outstanding - courteous, hard working, made sure the job was done right and cleaned up so that we never knew they were there. We could not have asked for a better job.

Baker has done top notch work for me in the past, but today I had an estimator (Will) come out to check what I thought was a potential issue. Will climbed on the roof and determined there was NOT an issue and that the roof was fine. No charge. Absolutely the best customer service in the roofing business and top notch roofing advice. I definitely will use Baker in the future!

Excellent customer service! I had William and Joey out today to determine where a leak was occurring. They spent 2 hours checking everything and determined where the leak was coming from and fixed it promptly! Extremely professional and good people to work with! We have used Baker Roofing several other times for various needs and we have always been happy with their work and with all of their staff! Highly recommend! They stand behind their work and we will continue to use them!

We had all our windows and siding replaced. Baker did an amazing job from the quote to the finished product! Everyone was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Robert Holt answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable moving forward with Baker. Once the project started, Robert Allen made sure we knew what was going on and he was on site daily to make sure the project stayed on track. Needed a replacement window(s) for our bathroom. Had Baker (Robert) come out to review and provide options. Out of all the contractors, they are the only ones who gave multiple quotes of options with pricing.

We decided to go with a non-opening large obscured picture window. I figured it would take months from order to installation, but we ordered in January and it is now installed in March.

Pete then handled the project and had his crew install. They did a great job without any issues. We have tile (old owners) up around the existing windows and they took care not to disturb it and even made the trim work against it better than before. Wife even commented that they cleaned up well.

I will be reaching out to them with other window replacements and some siding work in the future. Definitely would recommend this team.

Baker Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof and the work was completed quicker than anticipated. They worked with me even when I switched the brand of the roofing materials without any fuss. We got quotes from two other companies but decided to go with Baker for their reputation. Choosing Baker was the right choice for us.

Baker were able to translate our (changeable) dreams into a workable plan of action, provide a competitive estimate, and come through very close to the monetary target. There were some glitches in communication between us (they were less to blame for this than us), but, despite this, we received good service, no mess or inconvenience, and a very acceptable job. Santos and his crew are champs!

We were familiar with Baker Roofing from many community homeowners who used them for roof replacements after a storm came through this area a few years ago. However, we didn't realize they did more than roofs until a recommendation from someone within our community referred them to us for the replacement of our back door.

Baker has done multiple jobs on my house over the years. They can do anything to the exterior of your home. Roof replacement, maintenance, gutters, siding, paint. You name it, they do it. They do high quality work and have a highly skilled team. They also are more safety conscious than any other roofing contractor I've seen. Everyone who goes onto your roof is tied off in a four point harness. Nobody else does that. These guys are pros!

I had my 25 year-old roof replaced by Baker Roofing. I had received other quotes, and theirs was competitive. I also chose Baker because they had successfully repaired a leaky chimney for me a number of years ago, so I felt comfortable with them. Kelly, the sales representative, came out to give me an estimate, which included replacing some siding and adding gutters to the second story. He later came back to show me shingle samples and so that I could select the color I wanted.
James, the project manager, explained everything that would be done. It was a big job, and the roofers worked from early morning until dark. Then the gutter installers came, and finally the people to do the siding. The crews worked hard and well. I am very satisfied with the results. If I have issues with siding in the future I will call Baker (I do not expect to have issues with the roof).

We needed a new roof and chose Baker Roofing, because of their reputation in our area for quality work. The crew that we had was fantastic. They were hard-working many times staying after normal business hours … they seemed to enjoy their work and were focused and intent on doing a high end finished roof. There were several extras thrown in that we had not considered necessary but they were we learned at no additional cost. We chose the medium grade roof, asphalt, roofing shingle, by certanteed. Baker was well organized, manned the job, attentive to detail, including cleaning up upon timely completion [ ie, picking up every shred of material on walkways and in our grass and shrubs. ].

Baker did an outstanding job replacing a complicated roof. The team was on time, did great work, and went above and beyond to communicate how the project was progressing and work through a couple of unexpected situations (not their fault). Highly recommended, thanks to Jason, Jay, and the crew!
