Pest-X Exterminating

I had become skeptical about pest companies that advertise “exterminator” due to my experience with other big names companies that state the same thing.

But I read some reviews and gave Pest-X a try. From the start Sheree was amazing at her customer service and ensuring I knew every detail of what was going to happen during the whole process of my bug issue. Then the day before the appointment I had another question to which Vicky answered easily. Now what was interesting was the fact that when I called it was just a ringing phone to them. She saw the caller ID and immediately answered and say, “hello AJ how can I help you today!?” I thought that was a super personally touch that made me feel less like just some other person who needed their service.

Then the day of service came and Nick was able to communicate clearly with me on where he was coming from and his ETA. He got to my house right on time and I showed him the issue spots and he explained everything in detail to make sure I didn’t miss anything. He answered my wife’s and my questions and made sure we understood the safety concerns he had for us as well.

After service he went over everything he did, again answering our questions and making sure we gave the treatment enough time to settle.

All in all I am super impressed with the extremely high amount of customer service each member of the team I have spoken with or dealt with from this company. I would highly recommend them especially if you are tired of flushing money down the drain with other companies.

I have received great service at a reasonable price from Pest-X. They are always on time, and I receive a thorough written report afterward. Vicki is a joy to work with, always attentive to customer needs. She's my 'go to' person when I need to reach out to Pest-X, and that makes pest control easy for me.

Keeping to the Nitty Gritty. Pest-X has been incredibly easy and pleasing to deal with. From my initially call, speaking with Vicki Felton, to the service tech that came to my house for our first service, Nicholas Faw, I couldn’t be more please. Vicki was very quick to answer all my questions and get me booked for an appt for the very next day. Nick on the other hand, was so polite and easy to talk to, bending over backwards to make sure he worked around my needs and wants and address the pest issues we’ve been having.

Just want to thank Pest-X for staffing such amazing employees and thank the employees for representing the company they work for with all they’ve got and making us customer’s experience one to enjoy and want to share with everyone else! Keep it up!

Vicki was extremely quick and helpful to get us set up with pest control for our new house in the area. She answered all the questions we had and within minutes we were set up for our first appointment. With customer service this great, I have very high hopes for the company when they start next week!

Been using Pest-x for almost 3 years and it's been great. Anytime I've had a problem pop up they were quick to respond. Recently Tyler serviced my house while I was at work he responded to my text and addressed a specific concern I had.

I recently purchased a new home and the previous owners recommended PestX for quarterly pest treatments and I just had an awesome experience on the phone with Vicki to learn about their offerings, pricing, etc. I found their plans for pest and mosquito to be competitive and their customer service was WAY better and much faster to speak to a real person than other companies I had called. Vicki was professional, well organized and knowledgeable. The whole interaction was very quick and I felt I was making an informed decision. This was important to me since they (and others) offer a guarantee when you purchase a plan (they’ll come out and retreat if there’s an issue between services) and I don’t want it to be a struggle to get in touch with them to enjoy that benefit of the plan. I was also happy about the new customer discounts they offered and the referral reward the previous owners will get for the recommendation. Looking forward to working with them!

I had an outstanding experience with Pest-X, and I can't thank Tyler enough for his exceptional service. When Tyler came to inspect my home, he went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed. He started by thoroughly checking the attic for any signs of new mouse activity, and I was relieved to hear that he didn't find any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a comprehensive inspection were truly commendable.

Additionally, Tyler sprayed a chemical barrier in my backyard to combat American Cockroach activity, which had been a persistent problem. His expertise and precision in applying the treatment gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved. What stood out the most during my interaction with Tyler was his willingness to patiently answer all of my questions. Update: Matthew came to the house and spent probably an hour and a half 2 hours at the house. Listening and identifying the areas of concern was on point. The fact he spent that long versus the competition is already rewarding! Why didn't I start with Pest-x before now!
