Marty and company really know their stuff. I have a 20 year old Matrix that we gave to my teenage son as his first car. The team at Van's helped me get it in top shape and for a reasonable price. (It's amazing how much better a car runs when the squirrels nest is removed from the air filter :) Thanks Marty! We will be back!

My family and I were headed to Pigeon Forge for our summer vacation. Our car started experiencing a misfire so we quickly looked up local mechanics in the area. We found Van's about an hour before close... Luckily it was a simple spark plug wire change. Marty and family saved our trip when they could have easily turned us away! We were blessed for it to happen so close to their shop. Thanks all!

I recently bought this vehicle with low miles and the transmission went out. I went to 5 different mecanic and none were able to help me because they didn’t take my insurance or were bussy. As soon as i spoke to vans they help me right away the owner was very helpfuo and knowledgeable and they always kept me on the loop about ordering the new transmission an when the job was completed. It took two weeks to get the job done but they did it the right way i highly recommended them!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to do business with them. Anytime something breaks on my Honda they fix it.(This time it was my brakes that broke. And actually it's my wolfhound's car, I'm just the driver)

Incredible service. While driving up 25 on vacation our front right wheel came off! A-Plus towing (also great) got us to Marty’s shop in 45 mins and he got us back on the road in 2.5 hours. Absolutely amazing staff of high quality mechanics. I can’t recommend Marty and his team enough!

Van's put a new Jasper motor in my 98 Jeep wrangler and did an amazing job.
They have very knowledgeable mechanics and staff.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic!

I highly recommend Marty & his team at Van’s! I had to take my daughter’s car in for a fluid leak. It was diagnosed quickly. I was told upfront exactly what the issue was, the steps needed to repair and the cost. No surprise. You can trust what Marty tells & know the repair will be done correctly.

Great service. There's no one else I would trust to take care of my vehicles. I got brake work done at a reasonable price, that other mechanics would've gouged me on. I did shop around and by far Van's was the best. I would highly recommend Van's auto service.

Vans performed our oil change, tire rotation and replaced our air filters. The service was completed quicker than expected and at a great price. I will recommend them to everyone. The office staff was also very friendly.

I’ve been very pleased with the level and quality of service from Van’s. Driving older cars sometimes requires a bit higher level of service than expected yet never have I felt unnecessary work was done nor been taken advantage of nor believe I was overcharged. They’ve always been straightforward with what was necessary and I believe honest. Always very friendly and willing to work with my schedule as much as possible. Glad I found Van’s!

I was traveling from out of town and had a flat tire that required the tire to be replaced. The tire was not a tire that most people would have in stock (even the Hyundai dealership). Brenda was able to find me a tire the same day that was a close replacement and was able to get my tire fixed that same day so that we could get back home the next morning. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism at Van’s. We used the same mechanic for 30 years. When he retired we tried several mechanics and weren’t completely satisfied until we found Van’s. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Terry and his crew are very courteous, accurate in their diagnosis and have competitive pricing, not one negative from me and we have been going there for years, very happy with their service, promptness and quality.

Can't say enough about these guys. I had a brake issue with a vehicle I had just purchased from an individual and found my self stranded on the interstate with over 300 miles to get back home. After finally getting hold of a towing company (can't remember the name, sorry) Van's was recommended by the dispatcher. I called and they were able to get me in and within 2 1/2 hours I was back on the road and headed home without breaking the bank.

Friday morning around 8AM my daughter's car would not start. She called me (she is in Hendersonville, me in Greensboro) and was upset because she was going to be late for work and also because she needed the car for transportation to work Saturday. Once I got her calmed down, I told her to call AAA for a jump and battery test. AAA arrived and determined it was not the battery. I then did a google search for Hendersonville mechanics and found Van's Auto Service. I called them and described my situation to Sandy. Remember this is a FRIDAY! Sandy told me to tow it over to their shop and they would try fix it that day!!! Stacy called me a couple of hours later and informed me the starter was bad and needed to be replaced. At approximately 2:15PM Sandy called me and said it was fixed! Sandy and Stacy and Van's Auto are OUTSTANDING people!!!! Thank You Van's Auto!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VAN'S AUTO!!!!

It was very good. I had been there before and they made simple suggestions that saved me money and didn't charge anything. This time they charged me a reasonable amount for a major job. The work was good. It was completed in good time.I would go there again. No problem.
