Wonderful book shop! They have a wide selection (genre and age wise) and lots of local authors. The owner is very helpful. They have a lot about local folklore and history. Great for picking up some beach reads as well (like us.) New and used books available for adults down to the littlest book lovers (and a freebie bookmark) 😃

Such a rare treasure this little book store is!! I absolutely loved it as soon as I walked in!! There were even comfy chairs and stools to use if you wanted to hang out and look through the books. The owner was super welcoming and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable and helpful to me and others who came in while I was there. I would definitely come back in if I visit this area again!!

Nice little local bookstore on the main walkable strip in Carolina Beach - just one block from the boardwalk. New & used books. The lady running the store is friendly and knows her inventory.

Loved this place! The only thing that would make it better would be if it were in my hometown. The shop attendant was super helpful in author recommendations and found some obscure reading material for me!

Such a cute little shop. Everytime we stay at Carolina Beach i always try and stop by and I never leave empty handed. Such a friendly staff such a good selection love this place!

One of my favorite places on the island, the owner is AWESOME and is quite helpful. The best part being, if they don't have it there she will be more than happy to order it for you! Little known fact about this place is that there is internet access and a fax machine there in the oft chance that you need to send one off. So worth you time and effort to stop by and loose an hour or two going through all the treasures in print hiding inside!

This delightful bookstore on Carolina Beach carries new and used books. The proprietor, Jenny, is friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly service and ideally located near the boardwalk, you know, just in case you forgot your book for the beach lol. They have a good selection of both new and previously loved books as well as a great children's selection. I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love the owner! She is definitly interested in making sure her customers needs and wants are met and helps refer to booka based on your likes! Hands down best book store ive ever been too!

Great bookstore with a really friendly, knowledgeable owner. Love the mix of new and used- good selection. Every year my family comes to Carolina Beach and I make several trips to the bookstore to buy or to browse or just to chat.
