Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

First time here. Dinner time. First plate had 7 vegetables, yes I said 7. Corn, green beans, butter beans, cabbage, broccoli, peas and turnip greens. All were good. Second plate was baked fish, fried fish, meatloaf with brown topping , ( traditional ketchup top was available as well) Bourbon Street chicken and barbecue shredded chicken. All were good. Third plate ... chocolate cupcake, vanilla cupcake, confetti cake, brownie, marshmallow and rice krispie treat. The palette cleansing plate was mashed potatoes and pot roast debris gravy.

There was no true standouts. All was good, but not great. The chocolate cupcake was a surprise, not dry at all, not too sweet.

Like all the other Golden Corrals, if in the area I will definitely stop again.

I stopped again. I do have to counter my "no true standouts" That dessert bar is THE most impressive dessert bar I have seen in any Golden Corral.

This was my first time at this location. I really enjoyed the options and the food was good. My eyes were too big for my stomach at the dessert counter, not that it would stop me. I ate plenty of vegetables before dessert (mom taught me well). I liked everything that I tried.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the customer service from the waiters and waitresses was outstanding. Such a pleasing and warm atmosphere filled with LOVE. Thanks again staff and everyone who makes up Golden Corral.

This place was jumping. It's was the hottest place in town.Thanksgiving day. Our first time having Thanksgiving away from home. The food was delicious. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was awesome. Me and family really enjoyed our selves. See you next year.

I took my wife and 2 of my kids. They really enjoyed this location. But i must say that for me it was less than exciting because it is built in the old style. The buffet was much smaller than the newer stores. The food was still excellent. The staff was awesome. Our server was Angel. She was full of smiles and i must say very pretty. Even my 9 year old remarked on her looks and personality. Angel must stay as a fixture of this company. I recommend this to anyone looking for great food choices.

I used to think I knew what great food and service was. I had no idea that food could taste this good or that people could be so terrific! From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, we received the BEST service.

The kitchen manager was rude to a 10 yr old child that just wanted a steak and didn’t want to give one because the kitchen manager said she should have been accompanied by an adult, the little girl was being so polite, then the kitchen manager came to us and asked if we had a problem. So rude kitchen manager needs to be fired cause there is no signs that says kids have to be accompanied by an adult just to get food. The kid was did everything the right way. I will be sure to have a group of 10 yr old all come to her all at once with no adult see how she reacts.

My family and I had an outing at this Golden corral. We were attending a volleyball game for my granddaughter and had never eaten at this Golden corral before the food was absolutely wonderful everybody enjoyed what they chose to eat we will definitely come back to this Golden corral when we're passing through Hattiesburg again!

Delicious food and really good prices. Large selection and great parking. The dining area is huge too.

I'd give them 3 👍thumbs up but I only have 2 thumbs!! Lots to choose from & their meats 🍖were cooked perfectly too. Their rolls 🥖are so good...they seriously are their own food group! 🥰

The food was great with the exception of the fish. I don't think it was cooked all the way. Other then that it was great.

The food was awesome! I had roast beef and it was so good. The yeast rolls were soft and fluffy and everything was full and available. if you can’t find anything to eat that you like here, then something is definitely wrong with you. It was the best Golden Corral I’ve ate at in years. Our waitress was very nice and every employee I encountered was too. Kudos to you Hattiesburg GC! 👍👊

I went to get some of the best yeast rolls I have ever tasted. These rolls are so good that they melt in your mouth. Nothing more needed with them. The atmosphere was great and the staff was absolutely delightful.

Our waitress was so sweet and very attentive. The food was fresh and quickly refilled in the buffet.

Food was delicious and our server Miranda was awesome you definitely want to sit in her area. She goes above and beyond to take care of all of her customers. Golden Corral needs to give that lady a raise. We will definitely eat here again.

We had a great visit we had problems with the guy serveing the steaks but our waitress akeia was totally amazing and made our visit very good, the food could have been a little better but our waitress was the very best and deserves a raise and employee of the month....
