We loved our stay in Carolina Beach! Our condo was perfectly situated by the ocean and had all the comforts of home. We had a few minor questions upon our arrival and the realty company was quick to respond and very friendly. We loved our stay in Carolina Beach and will definitely return!

We stayed in Kure Beach in an adorable rental. Clean, well appointed, everything we needed to get settled in and feel at home. The staff was great, we never saw anyone but they stayed in touch and kept us up to date on all necessary info by email or text message.

Loved our stay at Whitecaps over Thanksgiving! Great communication - clean condo - had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday vacation!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach! The rental property lived up to our expectations and more. We loved the convenience of our location and we were within walking distance to a lot of places to eat. Having our own separate storage room was a huge bonus and made things a lot easier with being able to store our beach stuff. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

Check in was contactless and super easy, upon arrival the home was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home, we were surprised to find a crockpot which was a great asset to us as we could start it in the morning and go out for the day at the beach and come back to a meal ready. The view was amazing and we were located within walking distance to many activities and restaurants in the area including the boardwalk which has rides, live music and fireworks every Thursday. Contact with the owner was as simple as a quick text with almost immediate reply. Definitely recommend!!!! And definitely plan to return for family vacations. 💕

A wonderful vacation was spent in Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Realty was a pleasure to work with as we are in NJ. The house was perfect for our vacation and 3 generations spent the week very comfortably. Easy access to the beach, beds very comfortable. We could all come together in the main living area and relax in our bedrooms and on the many decks. Would love to return.

We have rented through Carolina Beach Realty several times and they are always timely in their response to any issues and friendly too! Rentals are clean and well furnished. We love Carolina Beach and their beautiful properties.

Didn’t have trash cans in three bathrooms. Needed saucepans. Realty company brought those to us. We had to purchase muffin pan and frying pans.

Unit needs more cookware
Could use dresser for storage in first floor bedroom
First floor bathroom could use small storage unit
Would be nice to have more towels and washcloths for the week
Would be nice to have hangers

We had a wonderful time at the Blueberry Bungalow. This is a great location. The house has beautiful views of the ocean and the elevator was a must for my elderly parents. The pool and grill were awesome as well. The staff at Carolina Beach Realty were helpful, responsive and great at making sure we had no issues. We have rented from Carolina Beach Realty for years and have had good experiences. Thank you to the staff and special thanks to the owner of the Blue Bungalow for sharing her house with us.

We had a very good experience renting the cozy Kure beach house. Wonderful trip. We usually don't rent a house . We always do the condo / resort type. We wanted a bigger place this year. This house is perfect. It is very clean. It is a very short walk to the beach. It has everything a family needs for a perfect stay. Private pool , private hot tub, five bedroom , three baths , garage , extra fridge , six tvs , washer/ dryer, beautiful views
and so much more.A very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beautiful Fort Fisher area. Very close to ferry. We will definitely be back to stay here. We loved it.

We stayed at the Kraken during a family event and everything was as expected and advertised. The property has mostly King size beds which worked perfectly for the age or our family. Multiple ocean front bedrooms with plenty of outdoor deck space. Clean and tidy, well decorated.
Would we stay here again ? Yes !

We had a wonderful time at the beach cottage on Carolina Beach. It was perfect for us, my sister, her hubby & dog. The unit was great, had a couple problems, but the management company to care of them right away. We were close to the pier, watched waves & surfers. Also slept great going to sleep & waking up to ocean waves. There are a lot of great restaurants especially Michaels Seafood & Fish Bites, delicious! We hope to go there again!

We enjoyed our rental from Carolina beach reality. The rental was clean and very nice. We locked the door the first day to the elevator not realizing what we did and they came and unlocked for us. The only complaint I had about this rental was it needed curtains in the bathroom.

We had a great stay in Carolina Beach! We stayed in a cute cottage which was in a great location! It was close to the beach, lake, boardwalk and restaurants. It was very clean and had a big, private, fenced in backyard which was great for our dogs. During the booking Carolina Beach Realty was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. We are hoping to book the same cottage next year!

The staff at Carolina Beach Realty was very helpful and informative. The house we stayed in was great, clean and had many comforts from home.

Kure Beach was undergoing beach nourishment so we only had 2 of the 6 days available for direct beach access from our beach house. We were informed a few days before our arrival date that our direct beach access maybe reduced for 24-48 hours, but was very disappointed that it was entirely closed for the remainder of our stay.

Great experience dealing with Carolina Beach Realty from beginning to end -- actually after end -- of stay! Several days after we left the property, I contacted CBR because my daughter thought she had left something in the rental home. Within minutes of my email, Ellie reached out to the housekeeper who confirmed that she had not seen the item, but then Ellie sent another person to double check. Although the item was not found, we appreciate the extra effort. If I owned a rental property, I would hope to have a property management company that showed this level of customer service.

I highly recommend The Hunnicutt House at Kure Beach! I rented this home for 2 weeks for family coming in town from Alaska. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the home and the space for the entire family. It sleeps a lot of people and has a nicely stocked kitchen with everything you need. The upstairs bonus apartment was fantastic as well and very cozy and comfortable! The best part of this home is the amazing location and views! We sat many morning and nights on the front porch watching the sun rise and moon rise and my mom really loved that! We literally walked across the street to the public beach access and it was perfect! It felt like a private beach access as it was not accessed by many. The road is a small one way street so it was perfect and didn't have much traffic at all. We were very close the the Kure Beach Pier which we caught a lot of fish on, including 5 Bull Drums and tons of Spanish Mackerel. Restaurants are also in walking distance! This home isn't fancy but it's perfect for a family wanting lovely vacation in a perfect location! Highly recommend!

The experience with Carolina Beach Realty was very good. The interactions and response with team members were very quick and helpful. They responded quickly to requests. The home that was air bnbed for the weekend was clean and it served the purpose for a gathering of family members.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone! A couple of my family had to work remotely while there, and there was enough space so that they had a quiet place to work. Great space and great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped which is uncommon for rental properties, so I was very happy about that.
