Got my headlight harness replaced here cool staff very helpful even answered questions I had about my vehicle and directed me in the right direction to get my radio fixed thank y'all again so if you need a fix tune up or oil change this is the place to go I live in NC and drove 45 min but well worth the drive!!!

The owner is WONDERFUL! He remembered me from last year bringing my car in for the state inspection. Was very nice and got started earlier than my appointment time, which was so kind since he didnt have to. I've never had a problem with him and always felt like he was being honest and fair which is rare for mechanics and during this climate of inflation. I've never used the shop for anything other than the state inspection, but I honestly won't go anywhere else for the inspection as I feel like he knows what he's doing. He also warned me about what the inspection should cost so if I did go elsewhere, I'd know I was being ripped off. I also was in and out in probably 10 or 15 minutes!

The are very nice and honest people to work with. I have gone twice now. He did the brakes on my Mazda and I brought my KIA this time and he told me I had half the life left and I could wait and he didn't charge me to look at them. Very appreciated!!! Great Place! I will go again for sure!!

I’m from about 450 miles away and started having car trouble. My friend I was visiting recommended Cornerstone and I dropped my car off to have it checked out. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, they gave me the information and advice I needed without a bunch of jargon or upselling attempts. Can not recommend highly enough.

Me and my wife moved to Arden a little less than a year ago. As everyone knows it can be tough to find a reliable and trusting mechanic. But these guys here, I will always take me and my wife's vehicle to. They've been nothing but great! We moved to Marion recently and I will still drive 45min for them to work on my car. 5 stars not enough

Kim & the mechanics at Cornerstone Complete Auto are amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and will be a returning customer. They really helped me get out of a challenging situation when my Nissan XTerra started overheating. They were able to locate the issue (a broken hose) and fix it quickly. I was in a really tight financial situation and felt the weight on my shoulders but was relieved when Kim made my week when he told me the cost. I am so grateful that I've found this auto repair shop. Don't let other shops fool you, get a quote from this shop first!!! You won't be disappointed. Thank you thank you!

I love these guys! This privately owned shop is run by great folks who genuinely care about people and cars. You won't get strung along with a laundry list of things "you should take care of today." If there's an aftermarket part that costs less, they'll get it for you. If it's under warranty, they'll take care of that, too. Cornerstone was recommended to me by the folks at Discount Tire, and if you use Discount, you'll know they care about customer service and reputation. Discount Tire won't recommend anyone that doesn't measure up to expectations. Neither will I. Kim, Brett, and Heath, along with all their mechanics (whose names I don't know, yet) will take care of you and your car, and you'll feel good about them and their work ethic long after you leave. The owner Kim is the best! He’s honest, reliable and reasonable! The hardest things to find at a mechanic shop. You won’t regret giving them a try.

We've been going to Cornerstone Automotive since they opened in Fletcher about five years ago and have had them do many repairs on our two older vehicles. The owners, Brad and Kim, are very knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. Their mechanics are highly competent and always get the job done. We've gone to many repair shops over the years in many different cities and this is by far our favorite, most trusted one. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had been in a front end collision, which broke my tie rods and control arm. And of course after having those fixed, I needed an alignment. Badly. They were able to get my car in the same day I called. The tech didn't just do an alignment and send it out the door. He took it for a test drive and wasn't satisfied himself. He thought he could get it a little more aligned. So, he took it back in and aligned it some more, until he was satisfied that he had it as aligned as he was going to be able to get it. They were friendly. Prompt. Reasonably and fairly priced. I would absolutely take my car back here.

I feel like I can go to a place and get my car done without getting messed over. Kenneth a good man in the men that work with him and for him or also wonderful man. Give them a chance and I'm sure you'll be very happy.

Very good service and was recommended to this place by Discount Tire and they found the issue and completed the work that was supposed to be done.

The owner (I presume) was friendly and competent. Fit me in rather than having me wait until another day. Professional and courteous. Work was completed to my satisfaction.
