Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tupelo

I recently visited Tupelo for a graduation ceremony and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. My wife and I travel frequently, and I must say that this was one of the most impressive hotels I have had the opportunity to stay in. While the rooms may have initially appeared somewhat compact, they were exceptionally clean, as were the hallways. The hotel even had a pleasant musical ambiance in the hallways, which added to the overall positive experience. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Tim, the night desk clerk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He graciously allowed us to use the lobby for a post-graduation celebratory gathering, demonstrating his exceptional customer service skills. If you find yourself in Tupelo, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great overall experience. The room was terrific, with in room furnace instead of the little window units. This place is well cared for.

This place was amazing for our large group of show choir kids from Auburn AL. Not only did Kevin make sure we all were fed, but he was excited for our kids and their performances. Never had a better experience with a hotel. All the staff was so amazing, but Kevin went far above and exceeded our needs.

The hotel itself is clean, centrally located and perfectly staffed. A golden spot in Mississippi if you come to visit the King City

This place was great! The best service I have experienced in a while. Reminiscent of the old Marriott days! Jennifer was amazing! She anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure we were not just comfortable but also had a good time. She was so friendly and hospitable it was like we were at a friend’s house. The rooms were clean and updated, breakfast was good and well stocked, the pool was a good size, and towels were well stocked (water was pretty cold though), and the fitness room was as expected. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location is great, right off the interstate and near common needs shopping etc. Room was fine and food was great.
What really rated 5 stars was the service. Specifically, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and taken care of. Made sure my baby had a clean pack and play in the room before I arrived. Had board games for my toddlers to play with. Greeted us with a smile several times. Other staff had coloring sheets for them. The entire staff made my family very comfortable and we will be returning here as we pass through. We greatly appreciate the effort that did not go unnoticed.

We were traveling thru several states decided last min. to find a fairfield inn and was very pleased with this one right off the main highway , but very quite surroundings which surprised us being right on the highway. Very friendly attendant at the front counter nice spacious room quiet elevator and halls led for a good night sleep.
The breakfast was very good and a spacious area spread out not all clustered together with everything you could want for a pleasant delicious breakfast and coffee was available at all times.

Spent a night at the motel. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Had to turn the heat down a little. Way to warm.

Checked in 4/9/23 around 6:00 pm. Can’t remember clerks name but she was awesome. So very nice, professional, and helpful. Beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was better than we expected. Clean room too. We’re traveling across country and will definitely find a Fairfield Inn for our next stop.

Good hotel and the staff that we interacted with were really friendly. The man running the front desk put on cartoons for our daughter while were eating so she could enjoy breakfast. Him and the lady that setup the breakfast were very engaging with our daughter as well and joking around with her and us. Kinda hard to get to, but definitely would go again if we're in town.

Great property. Quiet and very clean. I'm glad we stayed in Tupelo instead of Corinth.

After a long drive, I pulled into this place without a reservation. I was lucky in getting a free upgrade to a suite as I looked dire when the wonderful hotel host said she wasn't sure if there was any rooms available. Sure great experience for a one off passing through seeking a few hours of eyes rest. Thanks for everything, makes being a bonvoy member so much better with this chain.

Absolutely perfect stay. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed and bedding (we had an executive king room), hot shower with good water pressure, free parking, and a really good hot breakfast. On top of all that, the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The property is what one would expect at this price point; adequate room, modest breakfast, etc. The staff, however, was outstanding. Specifically, the check-in lady with the sweet Cajun accent was far and above expectations for a late night check-in. Though we were coming in late and the hotel seemed to be full, she was very accommodating to our needs and requests. We had an issue with the shower, but she seems to have some special shower skills and managed it like a pro. She was able to recommend an excellent local cuisine that I thoroughly enjoyed and now eat as often as I can.
I will definitely make a point of visiting on my next trip through the area.

These folks went above and beyond when we had an event in Tupelo. The beds were comfy, rooms clean. The breakfast lady was very nice and the food was good! Especially the biscuits and gravy. 😊

Coldest Night in December and front desk staff was very accommodating to our request. Saw many examples disinfecting the common areas by staff. Even the room keys are disinfected when returned to the front desk in a container of disinfectant.

This hotel is really fantastic. The prices are extremely reasonable for such a new hotel. The rooms are very clean and everything feels fresh. The pool is a little small but there is a decent fitness center to help make up for it. Complimentary breakfast has a good selection and is available for quite a time span, 6-10 AM.

Trina was AMAZING!!!!!!!! She made my husband & I feel like family! And as we were leaving she made sure we had everything we needed for our trip! 10 stars I completely recommend! Make sure yall stop by to see Trina! She'll make your stay the best!
