My boyfriend wanted a second pair of eyes to pick out a new suit, so I visited this location. The staff was helpful and Yuri, the tailor, is phenomenal!

I bought three shirts from the Crabtree Brooks Brothers store in October, but left them in the bag until early December. When I finally took them out, I found that they really did not fit me well, but because of the holidays I was not able to get to the store within the 60 day return period. On top of that, I had also lost my receipt. Fast forward to early January and I took a shot and brought my three shirts back to the store and Kelly, who was amazing, totally made everything right and helped me find replacement shirts, and even an additional shirt that I really liked. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Kelly!

We went to the Crabtree brooks brothers after going to multiple other stores to look for my fiancés suit for our wedding. This is new territory for us as we are young and have never bought a suit before. Prior to going to brooks brothers we were looked at as stupid from multiple stores and received no help. As soon as we walked into brooks brothers Susan greeted us kindly and was SO HELPFUL. She spent a lot of time finding the perfect suit for my fiancé. We felt respected and that we were taken seriously and she helped us make sure we found the perfect fit for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Yuri, the tailor, also came out to make sure we were purchasing the correct size for the best outcome. Susan, you are the best. Will be returning for any future needs we have!

I recently went to get new suits for myself and my son. The staff were very helpful and polite, which I needed because I'm not good at picking out clothing. Their tailor did a great job of measuring and altering for a prefect fit. We are very happy with the results.

Phenomenal customer service from start to finish. The second my Fiancé and I stepped in the door we were greeted, asked what we were looking for, and how they could help. We were shown all of the options available based on my preferences, allowed the opportunity to try the products on, was offered advice on color choices and sizing, and ultimately walked away excited about my purchase. The process would have taken me about 30 minutes to an hour without assistance, but they got us in-and-out in under 15. Flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you, guys! I’ll definitely be recommending your store to everyone I know.

I went into the store looking for a black suit. Kelly, the store manager, could not have been any more helpful and courteous. Her level of customer service was “top shelf.” May I add that she was working the store by herself and managed to help everyone with a hello and thank you in spite of being by herself. Great place to find great service along with your high quality clothing.

Brooks Brothers and Nordstrom’s have become my favorite stores for dress shirts, casual shirts, sweaters and slacks. They have earned my business due to their continuing to offer good, solid “department store quality” goods that are no longer available at Belks, Macy’s and now even Joseph A Banks’ stores. The Brooks Brothers Crabtree store is well laid out, making it easy to find the items I am shopping for each visit. My experience with their customer service and sales staff has always been positive. I personally tend to duck away from salespeople until I need assistance of some sort, but they always have multiple people ready to jump in when needed. Five stars from me!

So, first off. It is silly to leave a review on here saying you are justified to shop at brooks brothers because you and/or your spouse makes $150k a year, and even more juvenile to throw that in a sales person's face if you feel wronged. Grow up. Take all that cheddar you are making elsewhere. If they don't want your service, don't give it to them. The free market is a wonderful thing.

I had a wonderful experience at the store. I certainly don't look the part, I have never been in a brooks brothers store before, and I would honestly never wear their clothes if I wasn't required to look nice, on occasion, for my job. I entered the store and was immediately greeted by a very helpful woman by the name of Judith who patiently took me step by step through their products to help me find what I needed. I was there for about an hour and during which time there were multiple haggard looking folks, and some nice looking ones, of all races, sizes, social and economic classes, and political affiliations. Some dressed like they just left Good Will, others like they just left the Pinehurst CC, who were all cordially greeted, in the same manner, by the sales staff. I will gladly return to Brooks Brothers the next time I am in need of their product and encourage others to do the same.

Excellent, helpful employees. They were able to fit me for a blazer and find new sweaters for springtime. Highly recommend.

Kelly the Manager is amazing. I have bought from this store for 10 or more years. I had items shipped to me from this store when I lived in Florida and Georgia because of her customer service.

Excellent customer service. They spent the time needed to process my gift card and then ship the shirts I wanted to my house in the right size less than 4 days later.

Sales associates were very helpful. Clothes are very expensive but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
