Great service. Very attentive and nice.

I’m baffled by the negative reviews for A-American. I can only guess that the customers were not very kind in the first place or were too demanding.

When our water heater started leaking American Home Shield contacted A-American Plumbing. They were here the next day, filed with AHS and were ready to replace our heater very quickly.

We asked for info on a tankless heater and they sent someone out to survey and speak with me. We had a quote the next day and though we decided not to go with it we appreciated their help.

Our heater was replaced yesterday and works great. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and each plumber that came out in person was prompt, polite, and efficient. We are very happy with A-American and will likely use them in the future.

I had a great experience. I was having some toilet issues in my home. After I placed a work order, they contacted me on time on the right day. They worked with me around my schedule so they'd come on my lunch hour.

Cody was the representative that came out to my house to look at the toilets. Not only was he early, but he did the job in less than 20 minutes. I planned to take a half-day to have this issue resolved. Cody did such a great job, all I had to do was take my lunch break and I was back to work. Everything is working great👍

Our tankless hot water heater stopped heating the water. We put in a service request with American Home Shield. We were assigned to this company. Jeff came within the time scheduled and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He also showed us how to reset our water heater if it happened again. Quick, courteous, helpful and informative couldn't ask for more.

Over the past several years I have used A American Plumbing several times for various issues in our 22 year old home. From my first call in to the office to schedule an appointment, through the actual service call visit, I have routinely experienced efficient and professional customer service. The technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Cody and Richard are very knowledgeable and did quality work. We had a couple of communication issues with someone on their staff though. If it wasn't for that the experience would of been perfect. I also didn't like the way the person answering their phone introduces the business and herself. This is because she doesn't say her name. This wasn't a huge deal but enough of a deal to mention so their business phone etiquette could be improved.

Mr. Jerry, wow is he very knowledgeable!!! Also he seems to love his job. His professionalism was duly noted. I just wanted to post a review so American Plumbing knows that they have a very awesome employee. "A company is only as good as the people who represent them." Outstanding work Mr Jerry!!!!

Jerry went above and beyond to take care of my and my family when our water pipes broke. He personally went out of his way to handle the issue when it presented to be more difficult than anticipated. Jerry was professional, efficient and very sympathetic to us. He has a lifelong customer in us.

Our house recently sprung a minor leak in the copper pipe that supplies our toilet. Jerry was punctual, very professional, and helpful. The leak was fixed very quickly, and he replaced the internals to the old toilet while he was here, as the hardware was a bit dated and not as efficient.

Timeliness... Was on time and on a holiday... Sorry guys!
Problem resolution... requested pictures to identify parts needed and had what they needed when they came.
Professionalism... courteous, straight to the point and fast.
Really happy with the service received.

Cody was on time and very professional, the issue did not end up being a plumbing issue but he advised us what it was and did not try to charge us for extra things that we did not need like some people would. Very good experience.

Very professional and courteous workers, came in timely manner, fixed the problem and even gave me few tips on how to maintain the pvc pipes in good condition. Good experience every time.

I have no idea what these bad reviews are about..but I thought everyone was wonderful, even educated me on the correct way to watch for further leaks, I don't think you will find THAT on the internet, but feel free to search..
