Every time I visit Coastal Coffee Roasters, I am very pleased with the quality of both the coffee and the food. Recently on a visit, my husband and I shared a carrot cake muffin which was so delicious! I had a creamy hot chocolate with whipped cream and he had coffee. Before Christmas, I also visited and purchased a bag of the store's holiday blend coffee which the kind staff ground for me fresh. We are still enjoying it at home.

Looking forward to visiting there again.

They have delicious coffee! I’ve tried several coffee shops in the Charleston area, and I can say with confidence this is my favorite spot for coffee. I mostly purchase whole bean coffee for home brewing, but I’ve had several of their coffee beverage’s and have never been disappointed. After learning more about coffee, and making some of my own espresso’s at home, I refuse to give any more money to big box retailers that usually give you an overpriced burnt tasting coffee beverage. Coastal Coffee Roasters’ coffee is great, you support a local business, and you get a MUCH better quality coffee for about the same price (if not less) than the big box retailers. No brainer. I love this place. Danielle and Brad are to main staples of this wonderful Coffee House. They try to stop by my table when I enter or sometime in my visit. I try to eat there frequently and i always order my coffee from them. It is so great I can order my coffee online, but I always want to have coffee at least and try to make it there for a meal. The food is wonderful and the service is amazing. They are family!
i do wish they made the scones with other fruit, only because I don't like blueberry. It seems they are mostly blueberry when i am there. That aside, they do have wonderful food.

This is my favorite coffee place in Summerville and Charleston. The service is great and the coffee is really good! I love the breakfast choices and the pastries are huge and very tasty. At coastal, they treat everyone like family.

I love going to coastal coffee for work meetings or just to relax and meet a friend. Drinking coffee out of a fun mug makes me feel at home. And the Cinnamon Rolls on Fridays! 😍

Had a great first visit and will make sure to come back next time in town. Had maybe the best bagel in my life. Staff was helpful to walk me through their coffee’s. If you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere and great products this is the place. Just wish I did not live 200 miles away

best coffee beans in the area. hands down I would go. as far as saying it's the best fresh local coffee place in the entire Charleston area!

Simply the best coffee!! "Sexy Seven" is the best roast, I always bring a bag to family functions or gift it! The Coastal BLT....ohhh my goodness!!

A chocolate chip cookie for breakfast is such a bad idea, but I saw it and just had to have it. I haven't had a really good chocolate chip cookie in such a long time. One bite and I knew I made the right choice. It was delicious, just like all their bakery items, and it goes perfectly with my lavender latte.

This is a great coffee shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have many different kinds of coffees that they roast themselves. There are also many great baked goods. The seating area is very comfortable, a great place to get some studying done. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained, I feel that is a reflection of how clean the back room and kitchen is. We will be back.

A great coffee house that sells the freshest and best roasted beans I've found in the area. The staff are super friendly, quick, and helpful for those who are enthusiastic about coffee and want to learn about all the different beans and roasts. The breakfast menu is absolutely delicious and goes well with their fantastic coffees! Check them out.

Places like this is exactly what communities need! I would drive five miles and pass 3 Starbucks to get to a place like this. Clean, high quality, open space, and best of all …. A friendly competent staff! My sandwich was delicious and the coffee was amazing! They even have a cooler with fresh local eggs!!

This is my FAVORITE place to meet friends to have coffee and chat. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are always friendly. The food and baked goods are out of this world! It's also a great place to meet a fellow professional for a business coffee meeting.

Great selection of roasted coffee beans. Decent selection for dining in. My daughters enjoyed their lattes and the coastal BLT sandwiches were great.

Always great coffee. My go to for my monthly coffee for home consumption. Try their scones or muffins. So tasty. The staff is always friendly and inviting. Glad to have such good coffee nearby

The lavender-honey latte is amazing. If it's crowded, it's loud. There is plenty of seating and shared at some tables. There are no private areas other than the restroom.

Brad has created a gem in his community. This coffee shop does more than simply offer amazing food and coffee, they help bring the local Summerville and Charleston community together in a fantastic environment. If you are growing a business you need to take advantage of the atmosphere and the community that walks through their doors. Great business, awesome dude running it!

Wonderful local coffee shop. I always get a bag to brew my own coffee at home. The scones and muffins are huge and delicious.

This is a great hometown coffee shop with lovely employees and delicious drinks. I loved sitting in the back on a comfy couch taking it all in. They have binders of local businesses to look through and some books for perusing, which I took advantage of! If I could afford it, I would easily come here every weekend (which is not a knock against their reasonable prices - just my finances).

Friendly people, great service, good selection of in-house roasted coffees, baked goods, and freshly made omelettes and sandwiches. For later in the day a decent selection of wine and beer along with in-house made sodas. Live music on Friday and Saturday, activities like yoga and men’s and women’s groups during the week, embodying a community center as well as a great place to get an in-house roasted cup of Joe.
