Trident Dental - Summerville

By far the best Dentist I have ever been to. Dr Owen and his staff was very professional and yet very personable. I would definitely refer anyone to this office.
A special thanks to the Dental Assistant, Heidi. She kept me informed on every step during the procedure.

They supported a very short notice appointment with ease. They were able to initiate a long term procedural process that supports a periodontal procedure requirement . Dr. Owens and his crew of excellent personnel are great examples of a "Can Do" group. I am always impressed with the friendly and professional staff.

Very nice and quiet environment. assistantand dental hygienist was excellent, very communicative! the dentist was very approachable as well and give a breakdown of all that needed to be done for my teeth. first visit there, I would definitely recommend though based on my initial experience.

Got my first follow up cleaning from a previous 6 month treatment and filling. I wish I had names to remember to praise who worked on my teeth other than the dentist himself. She was so thorough with my cleaning and left me impressed. Dr, Owen was a great dentist and all the staff are excellent.

Prior to moving to the CHS area, I had the same Dentist throughout my entire life.

Finding a new provider was a thoughtful decision, but Trident Dental Summerville (Nexton) exceeded my expectations. All members of our family are seen by Dr. Owen and his incredible Trident Dental team. From toddler to adult ages, they are phenomenal at combining exceptional dental care with patient hospitality.

The Front Staff/Office Administration patiently and promptly answers all questions, calls/texts timely appointment reminders, and maintains a welcoming culture. Thank you, Monica and Amanda!

Dr. Owen and his hygienists always do a thorough job while intentionally looking for ways to connect personally. Selection of staff is top notch because we have seen several hygienists and have never had a complaint. They make the dental experience fun for our children and easy for adults. Dr. Owen and the staff were absolutely amazing. I unexpectedly broke my bridge in the middle of the night and they were able to get me seen the very next day. Being at the dentist was the very last thing I wanted to do while being 37 weeks pregnant, but Dr. Owen was more than accommodating and made sure my comfort was top priority. When the replacement bridge came in, it was not to Dr. Owens liking and he would not permanently place it until a new one was made and that especially made a huge impact on me. During the wait for the new one I gave birth and they gave me extra time to settle with the baby before being asked to schedule to get the new replacement. The new bridge is perfect and I will continue to use this practice and Dr. Owen for any and all dental procedures in the future.

Dr. Owen and his team are fantastic. They make you feel important by listening to your concerns and assuring you that your concerns will be addressed and taken cared of. I used to be a Hygiene Inspector and walking into a clinic the first thing I notice is the cleanliness and good customer service. Of all the dental offices I’ve been to in the past, this came out on top. I rate them a 10/10.

The entire office staff were pleasant and it apparent that they enjoy working in your office. Their cheerful attitude projects an environment that is welcoming! You should be proud to have team of professional and people who enjoy what they do.

Joe discovered my loose implant during a routine cleaning, scheduled me to return in two days, and tightened the implant screw.
Everything went smoothly. Excellent experience with the Summerville location.

The whole crew here is the best! The environment is warm and welcoming and all of the staff members are easy to talk to. If you ever have a question or concern about anything, they are genuinely happy to help. And of course, my hygienist and Dr. Owen keep my teeth clean and healthy. Shoutout to Monica for always being such a ray of sunshine!!!

I switched from the Mt Pleasant office to Summerville since I moved. Dr. Owen was awesome and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very good and attentive to my needs.

BEST dentist I have been to! Dr. Owen is so kind and made me feel very comfortable. All of the staff is AMAZING and so welcoming! My children also felt so comfortable and relaxed there. I fully trust this office to handle my family’s dental needs.
