All the staff is amazing and very friendly. Everyone has been so helpful when I have questions. Dr. Ruscetti is amazing and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I have never felt like I was being rushed in & rushed out.

Dr. Ruscetti and his staff are always kind and helpful. I feel heard and valued when I have my visits. Dr. Ruscetti always listens to me and does what he can to address my health concerns when they arise, no matter how complex or simplistic they may be. I am happy with Dr. Ruscetti’s knowledge and professionalism; he is a wonderful doctor in my opinion.

Dr R was outstanding as usual! He thoroughly explained the test results, discussed my options, provided his recommendations, but included me in the process on which option to take. I felt very satisfied with his recommendations and the reasoning supporting same.

Staff is always pleasant, engaged, and efficient. Dr. Ruscetti is respectful of patient's self-knowledge and is very good at working for individualized solutions .

Fantastic experience from the time Nurse Patty responded to my call and set up my appointment. The front desk staff are friendly and proficient. Dr. Ruscetti spent time with me and discussed my previous respiratory issues, he was informed and ready for my visit. I know this doesn’t just happen. They are the best individuals to work together as a team. Other patients in the waiting room were interacting with the team and it was obvious they were happy to interact with their patients. Overall a great experience, even being a sick patient. I felt well taken care of and they were happy to take care of their patients.

I always have a great experience here! My mama (Marlo) is a professional. When I get my blood work done I don't feel a thing! :)

I got an appointment the same day I called which was great since I felt so sick—was given 4 prescriptions and sent to X-ray—no pneumonia but have bronchitis.

Every single person at this office from Jason, the receptionist to the nurse to Dr Howard to the woman who drew my blood with such smooth precision. I didn’t even feel it coming. Seriously I have been disappointed with doctors all over the place but this particular practice there’s so much empathy there’s so much compassion there’s just a friendly spirit from the moment you walk in the door. They are so accommodating, and they legitimately care about your health.

Dr. Ruscetti is amazing with our family. He is thorough in his exams, and very clear with his discoveries and plan for treatment. He speaks to the kids with respect and gets them to take responsibility for their health. I was adamant when we moved to Wilmington 8 years ago that I wanted a family practitioner for all 5 of us to see, and we hit the jackpot with Dr. Ruscetti!

Dr. Ruscetti has a sincere interest in patient health and wellness. He also seems to enjoy explaining medical issues at a level the patient can understand. Annual physical is always beneficial and informative.
