This company and Robbie Little in particular are the best of the best. Having to replace a roof can be painful to the pocketbook, but the professionalism and customer care we experienced made for a great experience. We were out of town for most of the installation. Robbie sent pictures several times so we’d know hat was happening. Recommend highly!

RW Mason roofing company did an excellent job. The professionalism during the initial meeting for the estimate and their vast knowledge of roofs showed during this meeting. I had significant roof damage that needed to be addressed. Ryland, David and Tyler helped me tremendously with my insurance company.
The job was completed in a very timely manner. The job was very neat and clean and I walked around the entire house several times and could not find one nail or tack that was left behind from the tear off or the new roof that was put on. With a lot of other companies doing away with customer service getting things done has become a pain. This is definitely not the case with RW Mason. Everyone has been top notch and a pleasure to deal with. Was also my wife and I first time dealing with NCJUA as far as a claim. The whole staff helped in guiding us though that process making what could have turned into a lot of headache, not as bad. Also shout out to Ryland for the guidance on the color choice; rave reviews from everyone around us.

My husband and I chose RW Mason because we wanted a company that was highly rated and also on Carolina Beach where our properties are located. They were prompt to respond, extremely professional and completed the replacement of the roofs on two of our properties in a weekend! Fantastic job of cleaning up and sweeping the area for nails and other roofing materials from the job. We look forward to the fact that they are close by should there be any future storm damage and also to do a regular inspection of our roofs. Highly recommend them!

Recently used RW Mason Roofing to replace my roof. They were very prompt and contacted me the next day after I left a message. When they showed up to look at the roof they all their information together and before they left I had a written estimate for the services unlike the other companies I had contacted. They were on time for the date set to do the work and had the old roof removed and the new roof on all in one day. The team was very professional and before they left cleanup was excellent you could not tell they were here.

My roof was at the end of its lifespan with storm damage and Tyler did an excellent job walking me through the process of insurance claims and was with there for me every step of the way. The roof RW Mason installed was great quality and the team did a great job of keeping the yard clear and free of debris and nails after the job was done. Cannot thank them enough for the smooth process and their attention to detail!

Tyler Morse of RW Mason Roofing was very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough, as he and his assistant reviewed the problems with my roof, and within a short time, repaired the bad roof tiles. Tyler responded the same day as I requested, and took photos on the roof and in the attic, where leaks had occurred. He quickly sent a reasonable estimate and returned within a few days to complete the repair work in one afternoon. Tyler and his team are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Robbie was great! He came right away after we called for a quote, was very knowledgeable, friendly and had no issues w/ replacing/repair wood when needed. They really do "WE KEEP IT SIMPLE!" Elder and his crew were also amazing with a high standard of quality, work ethic, and customer service. They even came back in the evening to check/shore up any exposure due to severe storms. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new roof, and the excellent service we received!

Called rw Mason their response came out to appraise the situation with the roof and chimney. David called Anvil construction. Dillon was here in 2 hours. Had a crew here the next morning. Work was great and completely finished in 2 days. Highly recommend this company for any project

Ryland met with me at my home the next day after I contacted him, he was professional and knowledgeable about insurance processes and could speak about the condition of my roof. The process was quick and we had a plan to do the install right away. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating but we were able to get the roof on at the first break in weather. His crew were in and out with the cleanup in one day. Valleys were straight, ridge vents were tight, and the roof looks great. Thanks.

Quick to provide a quote. Provided advice on the best shingles for an ocean front house. Flexible on the scheduling to work around a rental schedule. I was extremely impressed with the crew that did the work; very hardworking and meticulous in their work. They did some additional work to repair some big holes under the shingles; four pieces of plywood worth.
Went the extra mile. They polled the yard with a magnet to pick up nails, etc. I think it was cleaner after they left than when they arrived.

Just had the roof replaced By this company. Talked with Tyler Morse/Keagan Stern through the whole process which was great. They communicated with me every step of the way. Let me know if the weather was going to delay the scheduled day of work.The crew that did the work was super at keeping everything clean and cleaning up after themselves. RW Mason Roofing recently replaced the roof on my rental property. I had received 3 other estimates. After I filed a claim and spoke with Tyler, price was no longer the deciding factor. Their GAF certification and the 25-year warranty did it for me! Tyler educated me on the value of these items and he thoroughly explained the insurance process. Tyler was very impressive, polite, and professional. He made the entire process both easy and stress-free. He even connected me with a subcontractor to restore a bedroom ceiling that had been damaged as a result of the damaged roof.
