This place is amazing! Took my car in for a new alternator and they fixed my car right up and it was ready by the next day! Great customer service and great at keeping their word. If they say they're going to fix your car then that's exactly what they do and for a reasonable price to! Thx again Ash St Automotive!!

First, the folks was friendly. My GMC 2011 had a check engine light issue (oil pressure switch code which popped on mid January) however, that wasn't the total problem. After bringing my truck back a 2nd time, it took them a bit longer to fix the problem than expected, in saying that, it was a miscommunication, which possibly my fault. But they did a professional job on my truck and fixed a misfire issue at no additional cost and the light haven't came back on as of February 16, 2024. Would I take my vehicle there again, yes, but would make clear of the repair completion date, if possible.

Awesome service, and a very fair price! Had front brakes changed on my truck, they even dropped me off at home and picked me up when it was completed. The guys were professional and personable. Will be back in the future!

Great job and fair pricing on automobile repair. Owner listens and is very polite. We have brought a couple of cars to be repaired and we are very confident that the repairs will done right and won't encounter any new problems once we leave. It's very busy shop so you know that's always good thing!

The staff is friendly. The service was quick and inexpensive. Robbie did a great job replacing the torque converter on my SUV. I will be returning in the future.

Great place! Went for my car shaking and they told me it was the front wheel and to go down the street to their tire shop and get it changed out! Super fast and was in the shop and out of the tire shop in less than a hour.

I’m renting a place 5 mins away and needed somewhere I could walk to, as I’m far from my home in NJ. My passenger side window wouldn’t go all the way up and needed the motor replaced. I met with the owner, Eric in the morning when I dropped my car off. After they ran the diagnostic, Eric explained what was needed and what would happen without replacing what was necessary. Great place with awesome staff! They fit me in with no appointment in the middle of a Monday for a quick advisory inspection before I bought a vehicle. Would highly suggest these guys for all your automotive needs.

Got a wheel bearing replaced on my 2013 Civic SI. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I shopped around to many different shops and this was BY FAR the cheapest. They did good work too and it comes with a 1 year warranty. Highly recommended.

I initially had take my car to Iriyallis which I do not recommend to anyone and so I called ash street automotive to pick up my car. They immediately got my car and did the work that needed to be done. They are fast, efficient and fair. I highly recommend these guys to do any repairs needed.

Best auto repair in NC. Robbie, Eric and crew always treat me right. I am no longer in the Goldsboro area, but will still use them for anything I can't take care of myself (I live in the Charlotte area now).
