Shari is quick and helpful. I once got a letter in the mail from the IRS and she stayed well after closing time while we were on hold on a call figuring it out. I've filed my taxes with her ever since.

She was stress free, kept an open air of joviality, and helped me quickly understand both what I was paying for, and what I could expect during my time at the office. I have been with H&R Block for years, but it was the first time I didn't feel nervous walking into one.

Diane Wampler is who prepared my taxes. An always makes it enjoyable to come in the have them done. Even though it always cost me so much to have them done over $460. Although Diane's quality of work is excellent I do feel that some of the fees are about high for what my return is.

Deb Dienger- Loew is the best! We always have a pleasant experience with her and will return to H&R for as long as she works there. She is knowledgeable and makes tax time fun.

Lori Seibert is the absolute best. For the past 4 years she has prepared our taxes and is so kind, helpful and honestly, just a great person.
