Wash Wizard Car Wash - North Main

I expect a lot from a car wash that is fully automated and costs this much. I was not fully satisfied after going through (due to me not washing my car for a while) and the owner came out and looked over my car with me. He went above and beyond. Re-washed my car and made immediate adjustments of the wheel shine machine as he noticed it wasn't working well due to the sub freezing Temps. Car is looking great again! I would definitely recommend this car wash and will definitely be back.

I consider myself quite critical of car washes, and, I must say, this is probably the best car wash I’ve been to in South Carolina. Very nice, love the branding, the vacuum stations were top notch, and the Wash Wizard branded microfiber towels were such a nice touch. Will be back.

I had a great experience there. It was my first time going there, so I didn’t know what to expect. I purchased a voucher online the night before. I wasn’t sure if it was a car wash place where you detailed your our own car afterwards or if they did it for you. Well, you have to detail your own car, but there was one employee that started helping me and I totally didn’t expect his help. He was so nice and helpful and he told me about all the different features and started helping me clean. Super nice! He actually checked me in and I told him it was my first time there and didn’t know if it was a self service or full service. He just went out of his way to help me. So, I actually felt pretty good going there, although I was kind of looking for a full service place that does a little detail like the old Cactus Wash.

Oh, and the gentleman said that if he sees me next time he’d help me out again. So very nice! I told him please I don’t want to be that kind of customer that takes advantage. It was such a nice experience, I thought maybe I would go again even though I want a place that does full service. It is a very convenient location for me.

First time customer today 2/19/24. Very impressed with the setup and how well my truck was cleaned. The setup outside with vacuums, towels, air hose and spray cleaner was very nice as well. I'll be returning to this wash again.

After a wash, I discovered a mark on the black rooftop of my vehicle. Bethany, the store manager, went above and beyond to correct an imperfection that was clearly not created by the wash. I was pleasantly surprised. Great service!

My place to go i had the same issue with my tire shine I was cleaning my car it started raining so I couldn’t complete it told the worker and was told I had to come back in a couple of days in which I could not return.. So I lost out on that wash. Wash Wizard should gave a little more time. Other than those issues this the place to go. Very clean atmosphere.

Purchasing your pass-through is quick and simple. Even better if you have the subscription. Unlimited washes for that one vehicle. The wash itself is quick and the staff are efficient. Full marks

Amazing! Super friendly staff (Jack) helped us at the purchase area. The wash process was entertaining AND all the machines did a great job. Every area was super clean, they even provide free vacuum, glass cleaner and cloths to use with each wash. That's crazy, the value is off the charts and I felt like we found a real Gem today!! Never seen anything like this, just moved here from CA. Keep up the great work Wash Wizard! We will be back!

Good service here, and pretty colors as I drive through the wash. The free vacuums and Windex + towels are nice too for interior. Made my car clean

Love it, Since it's snow Yellow here S.C, every spring, getting on the monthly plan a must, Love access to the air hoses for hidden water places, clean rags, vacuums on both sides, staff is extremely helpful.

I’ve used every car wash in the lowcountry area and NONE OF THEM COMPARE TO WASH WIZARD! It’s not even close. Not only does the wash work remarkably well, but the place is always staffed with friendly and helpful folks, and the always keep items stocked where they need to be

Dupree was the best, I mean if this car wash had a commercial he should be in it, 100% the best attitude for someone who works at a car wash that I had ever seen

Amazing car wash!! I am visiting from out of state NJ specifically and I have never experienced such an amazing car wash experience like this. From the pricing to the car wash itself. The car wash was very thorough and great for kids to ride through it. I sure enjoyed it and I am an adult. Then the self service amenities are 10/10 they have everything you could possibly need. The car wash was super clean and the employees were super friendly and working. Overall a great experience!

Great place to wash your car, vacuums always work. On the weekends I’d suggest getting there early cause the bays fill up quick!

What a great place!
The wash is lengthy and thorough, products appear to be wonderful quality. The light show is fun, just because…well…why not!?!?
The detailing area is also a huge plus. I’ve been to places similar to this before and the vacuum area and garbage bins were disgusting. The vacuums have tons of suction, they provide cloths to wipe down your vehicle and everything is clean and organized….even by providing air pressure, what!?!? Save yourself some pennys and join the club; it’s really economical that way.

Quick update! They have tiny milkbones for fur babies and suckers for the kiddos. Great customer service and experience.

Definitely my favorite car wash in the area, my only complaint and the only reason I left 4 instead of 5 stars, is the vacuum and air hoses are in a position where they rub on your paint no matter what you do. I have to be careful to not cause scratches when vacuuming. Other than that, it's the cleanest and best of all the other washes for sure.

Edit: like the owner said, backing in was a simple solution to a small problem. Still have my monthly wash subscription almost 2 years later. The best wash around! 5 stars

I used the 17A Summerville location and was very satisfied with the wash. I bought the $30 package and also used the vacuum. The have air, windex, and clean rags at every station. They also have a car mat wash that washed and semi dried by car mats. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to take the time and clean the inside of their car.

I threw away a envelope with cash on accident. And when I went back, the assistant manager and employee were kind enough to help me look for it. The assistant manager went as far as to go into the dumpster to see if he could find it. Thank you very much for your time and effort! I greatly appreciate it!

We have a great experience every time we come here! The guy who sold me my membership today was very helpful and kind. My toddler LOVES the car wash because of the lights they have here. Definitely recommend!
