I love this store. I’ve been going here ever since the time they opened. I’ve bought clothing, an awesome longboard, wax, and surf accessories. It doesn’t matter if you come in and buy a board or just a sticker, the owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The selection of clothing is always changing and you can get some great deals if you check out their clearance sections. Last time I went (3/3/24) most of the hoodies and flannel were 40% off and they were running a great sale on board shorts. I came in to buy a fin screw I lost that morning surfing and ended up getting a board bag I needed for about 110 dollars less than I was expecting to spend. What are you waiting for? Come into an awesome local store and rep some local pride. As a bonus, if you are a tourist, ask the staff about any local restaurant they will certainly give you an honest and accurate review of where to eat or stay on the island.

Awesome shop and apparel, Chad! Our group of teenage girls took a surf lesson with Lenny. Yes, my daughter succeeded in catching a wave! Our experience with booking the lesson, purchasing apparel at the shop and renting additional boards for 2 days was exceptional. These two dudes and their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Lenny has been surfing and instructing all over the US coasts for over a decade. What a blast… we’ll be back! Carolina Surf Shop is located right on the Boardwalk with easy access to the ocean.

Great customer service! I ordered 2 shirts online from this store over the holidays, and when I found that the shipping was delayed, I emailed the store about it and received help from one of the team members, Chad, who went out of his way to make sure we received our order as soon as we could and make the best out of our first time ordering from Carolina Surf Brand. Shirts arrived in good time, look great and are true to size. Definitely will be ordering from them again!

Best surf shop on the beach! Locally owned and operated. We recently moved to the Wilmington area. Owner is super friendly and gave us the “locals only” discount to welcome us to town. Awesome store with killer prices and selections. Their brand items are very unique and fashionable with the times. Pleasantly surprised with their young staff behind the counter. Polite young guys, who go out of their way to be helpful. Rare these days…

Amazing surf shop in a great location. Two of us took our very first surf lessons at Carolina Surf Brand. The owner us super friendly and very helpful, our surf instructor Lenny was amazing! We were never rushed, the shop is clean, prices are fair, and the branding is awesome. We will be coming back next summer!

Super cool surf company! I could feel the authenticity the second I walked through the door. The owner is awesome. The style is original a true to the Atlantic. I felt like I was back in San Diego with the vibe. If you're in the North Carolina coast and you love the ocean, visit this shop! Buy a sticker (or more) and show off that you've been there.

Great shop on the boardwalk with a passionate staff. They have a great mix of products that are unique to them. We definitely recommend anyone shopping for beach apparel stop in and see what you can find.

Chad is the man! In store and online selection is sick! I love the sun shirt but I would love it even more if it came in pastels! So comfortable! Chad is super personable and a down to earth guy. 12/10 recommend!!!

Carolina Surf Brand is a new gem for Carolina Beach! Their unique designs offer a fresh approach instead of the mass produced t-shirts and beachwear at other stores.
If you are in the area, be sure to check them out! It is worth a trip. Can't wait to see new offerings in the fall.

Amazing grassroots brand, with top of the line in quality apparel and gear. Chad Davis is an amazing guy to work with who is both knowledgeable and professional in all things related to the surfing tribe, brand and culture.
