A wonderful storage facility with a friendly and knowledgable staff. Melody is a wonderful addition!

I store all of my staging furniture and decor in two different storage units. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The climate control is perfection and allows me to keep my items in perfect condition to meet the needs of my Seller clients. As a Realtor and business owner, I recommend them highly!

We just started using Prime Storage. Their prices are competitive and the unit is conditioned and climate controlled as we prepare to move into our new place; making it convenient to store our items in the process.

This is one of the best storage places around for security and cleanliness. The long lady up front is very nice and courteous and they are on there job for sure m son accidentally spilled his drink and before I could even get back with the mop they had already cleaned it up I would recommend to everyone it's a good rate and awesome people

I've been with this storage facility for three years. Friendly staff. Only downfall is they up the rates a couple times a year. Just ask for a reduction

The staff is awesome I was having an issue with my gate code, but she got right on it and had it fixed within a few Minute everything went smoothly a chicken and very nice clean facility

Kind and helpful at front desk. Very competitive prices. Extremely clean. Ease of paperwork completion and access. Just be sure to pay attention to misc fees, no pro rating, and after-hours access stipulations. Listen when they run through the lease contract and you shouldn’t be in for any expensive surprises down the road.

The property was well secured, and Amanda was always around ro help when I needed it. The prices were also better here than any storage place my wife and I checked out. I would easily recommend it to anyone needing a storage place.

the staff there is so helpful. When i rented my unit over the phone since i am moving to the area i rented it sight unseen, but it was as i expected. I rented a unit on the second floor with air conditioning. The elevators work well for moving furniture in and out and they have carts which is very helpful. The security seems very good as well. Also my unit had some trash in it when i arrived but the staff cleaned it up quickly once i brought it their attention. I would recommend this to others.

I stored my belongings there for several years and never had a problem. I had things there that I had collected over a lifetime and everything my children made for me and photos, tons of photos. Thank you so much for everything! You guys are great!

Secured our unit online quickly with no issues. Customer service was very polite and helpful with a code to allow us entry until the office was open. Very clean and secure facility.

This is a wonderful place to have a climate controlled store room. Prime Storage is the way to go! I wish there was one (a Prime Storage place) in North Charleston, however, I would rent again at Prime Storage in Summerville. The staff is always so nice and helpful!
