Phil's Heating and Air

We are staying in an Airbnb and the AC was out. Phil came out on a holiday weekend to help get it fixed and running. He was quick to come and very friendly. He also checked in later that evening to make sure that the system was working before the night time. He saved our beach vacation - would definitely recommend him!

Phil has serviced our unit a couple of times and he will get out there the same day if possible or the next. Very trustworthy and am glad to know I have someone with experience that I can rely on for all my AC needs. I highly recommend him.

Phil is awesome. We have called him to help with our HVAC issues and he is always professional, on time, so responsive and does quality work. We called early this morning (a Sunday) when we realized our air was not blowing cold. Phil was friendly and professional...and was here within 45 minutes. He got our unit back up and running quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

I called Phil on Friday and set up my appointment for Monday Morning. What I like was I actually spoke to Phil. He was prompt and personable. He did a yearly servicing on my HVAC System. He explained everything he was doing and why. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Phil to anyone who needs their HVAC System serviced or repaired.

We we’re having an issue with high humidity in our house. Phil’s Heating and Air is a local company here on Carolina Beach so we decided to call a local. He gave us tips and advice to see if it was something we could fix before we had him come out and charge us a service fee (any other company wouldn’t have done that). We couldn’t fix the issue ourselves so we called Phil back and he was able to come out same day, and arrived on time as well! Very thorough and fixed our issue! We are very happy customers and will definitely use Phil again, and highly recommend him to anyone who is having an issue or just needs their A/C serviced!

I came home to no AC and three very hot dogs. I called around to multiple places but since it was after hours most wouldn’t come out or didn’t even answer the phone a friend gave me Phil’s number and he was at the house in less than an hour. He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience my first time using Phil's. He was here right when he said he would be (which to me really matters). He DIDN'T charge me and arm and three legs and he DIDN'T try to persuade me into a new system. I told him, I think I found my new AC repair guy

I must say this is the best service I have ever received! We returned after hurricane Flo to find our power on but no A/C, this was around 3pm. I called 4 separate companies located here on the island with only 2 return phone calls. The first company could not come out until the following day. Phil returned our call and advised he had just returned to the island as well. He needed to assess his own property and would be over shortly after. He arrived around 6:30, diagnosed the problem and got our A/C running again. He was very honest and fair. He even checked on us the next day to make sure everything was ok. Phil will be our HVAC person from now on!

This week we are at Carolina Beach for our last hurrah with the family before school starts. When we got to our house imagine our dismay when the upstairs AC unit was not working!!!! We called Phil who was at our house in 30 minutes. Unfortunately Phil doesn’t work on Lennox units.... so, he was very honest with us and told us so. He made some suggestions of things we could do to fix the problem. He told us the best way to minimize cost in order to fix our problem and also called later to make sure our problem was solved! We really appreciated his honesty and kindness. I would recommend him to anyone who is HOT!

Phil is great to work with. Local to CB and has helped us out always on a Very timely basis. Even checked back in after the work was done to make sure everything was working as expected. Will use again for any HVAC needs on the island.

Phillp was very honest, didn’t charge for something that I don’t need even give me tips on how to make my unit last longer.
I consider that we just not find a great technician we found a friend that we can trust, even give me tips on how to use crypto currency.
