Awesome customer service and very accommodating. They set up everything for me while I was out of state so I was able to move my belongings in after-hours, without ever needing to step into the office. The facility is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I have used HWY52 Storage for approximately 3 1/2 years. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. Sure there was a little turn over when one of the staff retired, but the new property manager Mary Drennon has gone above and beyond to help her customers as well as keeing the facility running like a well tuned guitar. Mary really cares about her customers as well as the facility. The owners at HWY52 Storage made a great decision bringing Mary to the HWY52 Storage family.

Used the facility at Old 52/New 52 intersection. Secure unit, but leaked like the Titanic leaving all of my belongings covered in mold and mildew. Also not a single useable power hookup anywhere on property. You would also think that there would be a dumpster available for use.
