Great service. Umbrella was delivered and set up on time every day. We did have to ask it to be relocated a couple of days and the guys were kind and happy to accommodate.

Brian and Pleasure Island Bike Rentals made our week at the beach that much more enjoyable. We were greeted immediately by the perfect man to run the shop, Brian. We barely used our SUV the entire week. The bikes were well kept and brought us so much joy. Our 1 year old loved riding on the back too! Awesome service! We were able to enjoy the beach mostly all day and avoid the sun while relaxing on the recliners under the umbrellas. We will ALWAYS use PI Rentals going forward

My family and I have vacationed at Carolina Beach for over 20 years. We have rented an umbrella from Pleasure Island Rentals for many of those years. They always show up and I've never had any issues with our umbrella. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. I would recommend their services.

I’m so glad we reserved chairs and bikes for our week at Carolina Beach. Our first day, we quickly realized we also needed an umbrella and was able to add that and they even brought it and set it up that day. Excellent service!

Best part of our vacation! My family and I rented bikes this weekend and toured the entire strip. It was awesome. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My mom had issues adjusting to the bike we rented her. The staff took no time changing her out for something more comfortable to fit her needs. The drop off procedure was easy and we'd definitely rent from here again.

I just want to thank Abby for helping with my reserved beach chairs and umbrellas. She found us a absolute great location, and was so helpful. I use your rental co. every year and you do a spectacular job! Thanks again!

Very easy to rent Chairs & Umbrella! Simply called spoke to sweet sales girl, gave them the lifeguard stand # we would be at and by 9am the next morning they were there! We even had to call back the morning of our beach day because we gave them the wrong stand number! They came right back out and moved them for us… great customer service, easy process and great prices! What else can you ask for?!!

Although the chairs were not the best they were perfect for this trip and not having to worry about packing chairs or better yet not having to worry about getting the umbrella in the sand this was FANTASTIC!! service& staff were amazing! HIGHLY recommend them.

Found out that the air conditioning in our rental went out mere hours before our arrival. Alexis went above and beyond to secure a last minute option on a peak weekend that was nicer than our first choice. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and genuine concern for our satisfaction.

No problems, reserved chair/umbrella set online a couple weeks before arrival to beach. Told them where we were staying and went out the first day and had our chair/umbrella set up for us and for the rest of the time of our vacation.

Our chairs and umbrella were right out in front of our hotel on time both days of our stay. They allowed us to have a most relaxing time at the beach without getting fried by the sun!

These guys are awesome!! Called at 10am and had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas setup and waiting for us within 10 minutes. Perfect! Highly recommend
