Comerica Bank

Comerica handles our business banking, specifically Darlene Gleinser's team. I really cant even begin to explain how amazing her service is. It is almost unbelievable but over and over she and her team protect us and help us and advise us in ways that prove over and over to be great advise. If you need a personal touch i recommend bringing your business banking to Darlene

I was there with business banking almost to the closing time and staffed were very nice and professional

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. If there was a 0 I would put 0 stars. Unfortunately they are always closed but online and there customer service line state they're open. Professional courtesy to customers to let them know in advance would be nice. But every minute they are closed for cleaning and whatever other excuse comes up. You have to travel to other locations downtown to get things done. Unacceptable! I will definitely take my accounts else were that's more professional and appreciate customer business. I had great experiences in the beginning but now it's worse than I thought. Very disappointed.
