DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Nashville Airport

The location was close to the airport, and they provided a complimentary shuttle. Updated and well kept. Decor was definitely Nashville trendy. They have a really cool poolside lounge setup with seating and games. On-site bar/restaurant... and good food! Although I only stayed one night, It had everything I needed to make my business trip convenient.

Nice hotel. We went with a 2 Queen w/ pull out and it was a great space for me and my family.

Came in town for the NAEYC conference and stayed at the hotel. Check-in was so smooth and the ladies that checked us in was great! They even gave us free cookies! Rooms were spacious and nice. Bar area didn’t have the most friendly people but hey! Then there was Kevin with the Heart, amazing customer service all around. Ask for him when you come.

The hotel itself is tucked away off the highway and makes for a quiet and peaceful evening. With a restaurant and bar on site no need to travel away to get food. Enjoy your cookie after check in and any additional amenities this hotel has to offer.. Will certainly plan to stay here again.

It is a great hotel. The room I got was fantastic. I loved the middle of the room staircase. Used it every time. Desk staff was fantastic. Pointed me to some good food and directed me to great parking. I had a box truck so it was the very convenient parking for the truck.

All the staff team was great. Thank you for making my stay there a nice experience. The cookies were a nice bonus 😋

Common areas are newly renovated and beautiful. Hotel service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Rooms themselves are beginning to show their age (especially the bathrooms) but are still very comfortable and didnt detract from the overall wonderful experience of our stay. The business and group meeting facilities were top notch.

Was there for training, and the hotel is just awesome, very clean, well maintained.

This is a review of the experience I had with Fleetwood Patio Bar & DoubleTree Nashville (BNA).

On the ”hotel street” Atrium Way of Nashville, it can be easy to miss at night as their entryway sign is not large. As you drive up the small hill towards the end of the road, you will see a one-way road leading to the entry automated double doors.

Was here for a business trip and spent some time at the the indoor portion of the Fleetwood patio bar for breakfast. Quite impressed with the continental breakfast. The design and decor is very modern, a long quartz bar that seats 10, with Starbucks coffee (limited time frame), different juices, and even my favorite iced tea. Freshly made and delicious. The breakfast items has plenty including scrambled eggs, bagels, fruits, yogurt, sausage, bacons and more. Good selection and does not feel artificially made. Out of the many hotels I’ve stayed at, I have not experienced someone who serves you drinks at breakfasts. Yes, it costs; but most of the time in life, you get what you pay for.

I’d especially like to recognize a staff member, Austin. He has worked here for over 3 years and is not only attentive, upbeat, and friendly. Do not be fooled by his young look, he is extremely good at what he does. Went out of his way to make a fresh badge of iced tea bc the current one was out and ensured the taste was good. One of the best bartenders/baristas/servers I’ve ever met.

Parking is around and behind the hotel building; though the gates are not functional, there are usually plenty of parking spaces. Lobby was extremely upscale and modern. The room (standard king) we stayed in has a nicely hung 40” flat screen TV in the living area, divided with a double door to the bedroom, which also has a smaller 32” flatscreen TV. The room is also equip with mini fridge, small microwave, and a safe. Counter and sink is nice and wide with clean bathrooms. One thing impressive was the Crabtree & Evelyn showering/bath products! We didn’t even need to use the bath products we brought since most hotels have drying soap. Yes, the room and the hallways show some age but it is nicely remodeled with modern LED lights and fixtures.

Amazing hotel. Because of Austin and the friendly staff, I will definitely return to this location in the future. Keep up the good work Fleetwood Patio Bar & DoubleTree Nashville BNA!

I am very impressed with this hotel, great room - super comfy bed and the shower pressure is awesome. I got a very pleasant ride to the airport with "G" this morning and I really appreciated how safely he got me here and how nice the conversation was. I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars.

I've seen very mixed reviews about this hotel but our stay was perfect! Clean spacious rooms! Very nicely appointed and the bar was great. Very good central location to get anywhere you need to go in Nashville.

Stayed 16JUN2023 - 19JUN2023. The hotel was nice and clean. I'm not sure why but parking was $14/nt. I stayed here while attending a conference at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center which is located a 10min drive away. There is a nice smoking area on the SW exterior corner of the building with seating. I didn't take advantage of the pool or pool area which is surrounded by the hotel. There's a bar and restaurant which I also didn't use but both were adequately used by other guests.

I have always enjoyed staying at this property. It is always clean and provides spacious accommodations. The staff have always been friendly and professional. The parking is free and the cookies are delicious. There were no double beds available this trip so I slept on the sofa bed and let my aunt have the bed, the sofa bed was not very comfortable but I was able to deal with it and I didn't like the blankets provided on the sofa bed, would have preferred the white cotton blankets that are on the beds. My stay was great!

Our favorite place to stay every time we come! Everyone is always very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with a nice size refrigerator and microwave in the living area. TVs in both rooms is a huge plus! Beds and pillows very comfy.Shower was nice and hot. We love it here and feel out of sorts when we stay anywhere else. Good job! We noticed the extra USB by the bed☺. Thank you.

I stayed here just for one night with my mom and our two dogs. We were both very happy with the hotel, it’s well kept, clean and comfortable. I loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby. Only thing would be you definitely have to call for the airport shuttle but other then that would definitely stay here again.

Front desk very accommodating with request for room with walk-in shower. Ate a hamburger and fries from the bar which was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree! I was traveling with my two young kids and called to see if they could accommodate a 9am check in after a early morning flight from DC. They were absolutely accommodating and immediately gave us a room! The room was great, cookies on point as always, live music by the pool on Friday night and the kids loved the pool! Highly recommend!
