The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden

A hip, fun, and lively burger joint tucked into a nice little slice of Nashville. The establishment was interesting from the outside and even more so on the inside. Outside gives Pharmacy a smaller look, but it is decently sized inside. While this restaurant is a bar scene, I do recommend bringing the family as long as you have kids aged around 5 and up because it is loud and somewhat tight. There are dining tables, benched picnic tables, high top tables as well as bar seating inside along with a large outside dining options. Employees were all extremely professional, provided excellent customer service, and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the menu. The food was out of this world. Hands down best burgers iv had in the state of Tennessee thus far. The fries were also delectable. All food was well seasoned and cooked to nearly perfection. Overall, I had a wonderful time, a great meal, and was able to feel the lively vibes this place pumped out. It's definitely worth the time to try. The farm burger and cheese burger were the stand outs for me. ENJOY!

Best black bean burger in Nashville?? Could be. The picture does not do it justice I’ll have to come back and take a better one. Pharmacy burger and Chipotle Slap are amazing! Great place for lunch with the squad and when it’s a nice day the garden in the back is unbeatable. Service is always super quick and they’re accommodating to big parties even though they don’t really do reservations 🫶🏼

Very good burgers and equally great service. The food arrived 5 minutes after ordering. They were not busy. For arrived out and amazing! The staff was very accommodating and very kind. Customer service was rare meaning you don't normally get great service anymore. They know what servicing a customer is all about. Thank you

Atmosphere, staff are super friendly. Great outdoor settings. Burgers delicious but my only “picky me” was I think the burger meat was a frozen patty a little over cooked. The ingredients and everything else made it amazing still. Beer 🍺 tasty as well and fresh.

The food was amazing and so were the drinks. We had decent servers they were kinda packed but one server was so nervous and shaken up he had to get another one to wait on us, he was young though looked new. But overall a great visit during my time in Nashville.

When we planned our visit to Nashville, one burger joint that kept coming up as a "must visit" was "The Pharmacy". Long story short, it does not disappoint.

This location seems like it's an odd spot, but inside (especially the backyard) is great. When we came in after a tired and weary day, we chose the inside just to be quick. Then we glanced outside and asked our server, Georgianna, moved us outside.

The burgers and Octoberfest beer really hit the spot for a late October afternoon, and Georgianna really went above and beyond to take care of us outside, and not in her usual "zone". Overall the service, food and atmosphere are great, and this is one of those classic Nashville spots you need to add to your "can't miss" list.

From the host to the bartender were great and offered a smile the whole time. Love the joint, the ambiance, the appeal but the burgers, holy cow that about good burgers…

Don't be deceived by what you see when you drive up. Very non-descript building. From the moment you walk in, you are wow'd. Excellent service and atmosphere but neither top the food. The burger was phenomenal. Easily one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Props to The Pharmacy for the BEST meal we have had while visiting Nashville which says a lot bc there have been some great meals. Not only will we be back, but we will likely be back before we leave Nashville.

My wife had the mission burger, I had the BBQ burger. For hers she says "was amazing! I'm going to dream of coming here to have that burger!"
While I do not share that enthusiasm for my burger, it was definitely good and so were the tater tots.
The cocktails were good and a decent size for the price point they are at.

This is a really fun place. Styled after a soda shop, the bar wraps around. Very unique burgers with tons of options. The peanut butter and chocolate whiskey milkshake alone is worth going. They also have the best fries!

The establishment is fabulous!! It has a great atmosphere and wonderful service! And the food is out of this world! Oh! and the dark lager is superb! Two thumbs up!

We had an excellent lunch! Delicious burger and hand cut fries! My friend got the sweet potato fries and they were excellent as well. Well worth the detour!!

Lunch was excellent! We got there at 1100 and were seated immediately. Parked across the street in a residential area. My son and I got The Pharmacy Burger (I had fries and he had tots), and my husband had the Chipotle Slap Burger with the German potato salad. I also had the root beer, my son had the Cream Soda, and the husband had the Erdinger Dunkelweizen beer. Everything was so good! The burgers were cooked just right, sides were amazing. I ordered a side of the BBQ sauce (yum!). Drinks were so good too! Atmosphere was fun.. we sat inside due to the heat index, but a lot of people coming in behind us chose to sit outside. Many people chose to sit at the bar. German theme was cool! Our server was Michael A and he was very friendly and attentive. So glad we chose this place for lunch! Would definitely recommend if you are in the Nashville area! 10/10 🙌🏻

During a recent visit to Nashville, we found this hidden gem in East Nashville through Google reviews. Please let me steer you this way too. A quick Uber ride from the Omni on a Wednesday night got us there and promptly seated in the Biergarten. Service was top notch, the burgers amazing, holy cow the fries were plentiful and tasty. I enjoyed the various beer selections and my son enjoyed the phosphates. Don’t think twice, just go!

Great Food and One of the Best Beer Gardens Anywhere!
We spent the afternoon and early evening hitting the honky-tonks on Broadway and decided to get some real food in a relaxed setting so we searched out this place. The dining room/bar inside is very cozy with lots of wood, some smaller tables and many longer ones encouraging patrons to join and socialize with others. Out back is one of the prettiest beer gardens I've ever seen. Lots of picnic tables separated by low hedges, many trees and warm lighting after dark. Rain was in the forecast for that night so we chose to sit inside. We took up our seats at the end of one of the indoor picnic tables and met some great folks at the other end of our table. They offered menu pointers as this is one of their favorite places. The bar has everything and quite an extensive list of beers with many on tap and many more in bottles or cans. Forewarned by our table mates about the large portion sizes, we skipped the appetizers and went for the entrees. My wife got the Stroganoff Burger ($14.00) without the bun. The burger, probably 1/2 pound, came out sitting atop a bed of fresh arugula, topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms, sour cream and béchamel sauce along with a side of sweet potato fries. My wife loved it! All of their sausages are made in-house so I had to go that way. I chose the Biergarten Platter ($20.00) which has 3 sausages of your choice (I selected Kielbasa, Knackwurst and Currywurst), presented on a bed of sauerkraut with toast and I had a side of german potato salad. I also dipped my wursts into horseradish and beer garden mustards. This was the best of the wurst! A great sampler with each sausage having its own flavor. 2 diners could easily share this dish. We stuck up conversations with even more people near us and had a great evening. I can't wait to visit again and try a seat out in the biergarten.

This place is truly a gem! We were all amazed at how good it is! It was the best black bean burger I’ve ever had! I tried a bite of my husbands regular burger, which was delicious too! They had a cool back patio area with tables and chairs/benches and good vibes! Great service and unique sodas too. I had the raspberry ginger, which I loved.

We sat on the patio - it was lovely! Shaded by lovely trees and umbrellas. It would be great in the evenings or at night as they have stings of patio lights. Casual atmosphere - picnic table style seating. The food was great! Three of us had burgers, one had a brat. I had the salmon burger yum! Fries were good, sides were tasty - I had the black bean and corn salad. Great selection of beverages - both non and alcoholic. We will be back! We were hungry! Sorry no food photos

Fantastic place and pet friendly...the service was quick and easy our server was friendly and extremely helpful...he made sure to bring a bowl so there was cold water for the pup! Absolutely recommend. To top it off the burgers were great !

Craving this place again, already. Too bad we live out of state. Some of the best sweet tea! I do not get that where I live.

The burgers, brats, and fries were amazing too. I wish the currywurst had a bit more curry but it was still super delish.

We sat on the heated back patio and it was perfectly warm for the drizzly night we were there. I highly recommend this place.
