Really well done museum in the heart of downtown Nashville, not even a block away from Broadway Street.

I don't believe one needs to enjoy country music to appreciate this museum.

Lots of stories, videos, relics, interactive music sets, and antiques pack every inch of this relatively small space.

There is plenty of American history intertwined with Cash's story 1950-2000.

I spent just over an hour her, but feel you could spent up to three.

Keep up the good work!!!

The Patsy Cline Museum is up stairs. Two spectacular galleries for two most spectacular Country superstars. It is so fascinating how much personal stuff of these stars has survived and been devotedly preserved. I didn't have enough time to scour ½ the detailed displays (museum closed @ 5 O'Clock - get there early; I was so engrossed I didn't take many pictures... will undoubtedly revisit these treasuries if I'm ever in Nashville again. DON'T MISS THESE!

Great museum filled with so many wonderful memories of Johnny. His incredible life is laid out very well. It can be a little cramped during peak hours so I suggest going early. Set aside a couple hours if you really want to read and learn. My wife and I had a wonderful experience.

What a wonderful presentation of The Man in Black's life and music career. The showcase walk you through the various decades and stages of his life and are very insightful, educational, and enjoyable. This will be really special for Johnny Cash fans.

My first place I have visited when I arrived in the Usa!
A must seen!
I loved this museum, it's so great to discover all these things that Johnny owned.
And a little plus, I loved the small space for Roy Orbison who is my favorite singer ever 🥰

Definitely better than we thought! When we got here, it looks like a tacky tourist trap (like those Ripley’s museums in every tourist town), so we were skeptical, but took a swing anyways… It is pricey too, I think $25/pp, but they do offer AAA discounts and I think first responder and military too (it’s only $1 off).
Once we got past the ticket counter and were inside, it immediately impressed us! The layout, the exhibits, the actual music playing from different exhibits, etc… All were great and very nicely organized. The various artifacts are fun to look at and read about as well. They have a nice video area showing all sorts of interesting things that Johnny did, definitely worth watching.
If you like Country music, southern rock, and/or Johnny Cash, it worth a visit!

A must. Don't miss the chance to learn more about this amazing man, his beautiful mind, and fascinating life. He was a real person, not just a legend. He had a huge heart, and you can still find it in the stories from his life here.

There was more to see here than I thought there would be. If you’re a Johnny Cash fan or a music lover in general this is worth the time to check out. I bought a ticket at the door and there was no wait. Plenty of restrooms.

If your a huge Johhny Cash fan like myself or just know of him this is a wonderful museum for anyone to visit. It is hard to describe how great of a family man he was and how much he appreciated his fans not to mention all the different people he helped throughout his life I can't tell how much this impacted me.

It’s good to be back here in Music Capital of the Country and experience this Johnny Cash Museum, which you can see inside all what he has during his time in music industry. They’re watching his movies shown in that wall where the flag is….not being captured while taking this picture! Highly recommend!

The Johnny Cash museum was great. Very informative. I learned that Johnny Cash was way more than the drug addict that the the most modern movie portrayed him as.

Very nice and detailed museum. We didn't know much about Johnny Cash, but I learned a lot and definitely enjoyed it. I liked to pick up headphones in many different parts and listen to different songs. Some of them were by other artists, including Elvis Presley.

There was a photographer taking pictures with Johnny Cash, and he did an amazing job. It is $19.95 for a print in a very nice cover and a digital download. Highly recommend to do it. It was fun for us!

Some little kid, a visitor, came with a guitar and ended up being coached by some guy, another visitor, which was very interesting and fun to watch.

Whoever planned and worked on the museum did a very good job. I wish there were more such museums.
Also, they open till 7 pm every day, which is very nice if you have a couple hours in the evening and want to do something useful, since all other museums close at 5. We really appreciated it.

Though Johnny Cash is more of an audio experience into his life and timea through his many recordings, it offers the fan a true look into his life. I definitely recommend it.

Gosh what a great experience! As a long time Johnny Cash fan, this was a must do visit while in Nashville. The exhibits were very well done and fascinating! One could really get a full understanding of who Johnny Cash was, his passions, talents, faith in Jesus and struggles. As a recovered alcoholic/addict myself, I have a place in my heart for those who struggle in addiction. The music video hurt was played at the end and had me emotional... Overall the experience was a perfect way to know who The Man in Black was and honor him. Johnny Cash was truly a legend!

The best place we visited in Nashville.
Whiles the museum is quite small there was so much information about his early life and the memorabilia on show is excellent.
We bought a baby grow for our dog and attached the photos of him wearing it.

It is nice museum and quite small. I would say that I spend at least 30 minutes in there. Good information to know about his life and his music.

Absolutely loved our visit. The layout was great and we were able to see a lot of memorabilia I wouldn't have thought was even in existence. The videos were great as well. A great museum to honor a man well admired.
