Manager, Chris saved our holiday! We came to town for Thanksgiving having ordered dinner on line. We had confirmation but something went wrong and our order wasn’t filled. The manager on duty, Chris, treated us politely, respectfully, and fairly. He made sure we got what we needed for a successful family dinner!

Courtney at the pharmacy is absolutely the most caring person ever. She remembers everyone by name what a remarkable employee.

Shout out to Kroger's bakery department!

I went to Kroger to buy a few things, and as I was passing by the bakery, this Italian Cream cake was eyeing me. Decided to not give this cake my time I continued walking ( I'm trying to watch my figure), but a force stronger than me and my sugar addiction made me walk back and see what this cake had to offer. 1 min. later I had this cake in my cart, was I making the right decision? I don't know, but my stomach for sure knew. When I got home I decided to open the cake and try it, let me tell you...my pupils dilated, the hairs on my back stood up, and my eyes closed in pleasure. The moment this cake touched my palate I knew I was in trouble. Kroger bakery dept. you guys do an awesome job! And the hubby loved it as well. So to reiterate this, if you're just trying to satisfy a craving or just need to buy a cake for someone, I would greatly recommend Kroger's pastries and cakes.

This is the Kroger I’ve been going to for a couple years now, and I wouldn’t go to any other grocery in/near Donelson! The store is clean, always stocked, and the employees are so kind and helpful — at this point they know us lol. Sunday mornings are my favorite, the store is usually pretty quiet. Occasionally I do pickup orders, and they are always ready on time (most times early) and correctly picked. The only time I’ve had an issue with my pickup (milk that had busted), they quickly let me come back to the store and brought a new gallon to my car. Today is the first day my pickup order has been late, and instead of receiving some nonchalant notification from the app - a real, live person called me! That made a world of difference because I know they are struggling this morning and the gentleman called me to let me know my order would be ready around 1pm today. I’m fine with that, and had it been some automated notification instead of a phone call, I would’ve felt less cared for. I really do love this store and the people who make it what it is.

The Sushi Master is here on Saturday morning. This young man is an artist. Not only do his trays have an artistic flair, they are also delicious.

Kelley who does my grocery pickup orders every week is the best! She has customer service you don’t see a lot anymore, you can tell she genuinely cares about your order and how you are doing. Shoutout Kelley!

This restroom is much nicer than it needs to be! Very accommodating for infants and toddlers kids too.

Loving it. Have some of the hardest working people. Love the location and parking. Also has a pharmacy. The employees are so helpful. Also security guard on site. Very kid friendly. Handicap access. ♿. Love the area it's located at. Right across the street is a kroger gas station. ⛽. You can use the fuel points after you shop. Also use the fuel points at shell and earn them to. Can get money orders. Also cash checks. Even payroll checks. They also will load your prepaid cards and sell them as well. Can buy gift cards as well. It's also on the city bus line. Close to the interstate. Have heard it is a good company to work for. They always give my kids a piece of fruit for no charge it helps them stay occupied while we shop. They employ mentally and physically challenged individuals. Just all around a 👍 store. I would go out of my way just to shop there. Keep the good job up. 👏 and I will always stay loyal 💯. I usually never write reviews and have only been to this Kroger once as I live in Pennsylvania and was just in Nashville for my elopement, but I HAD to let someone know how amazing Andrea in the flower dept is!! I came in the day of my wedding (Dec 17, 2020) with fingers crossed that I could find a bouquet for our pictures and I got so much more than I expected because of her help. She took the time to help me pick flowers and make a "custom" bouquet for me. She went above and beyond and it honestly made my day. Everyone was very surprised that my flowers came from a grocery store and were so inexpensive. They looked just as nice as an expensive bridal bouquet from a floral store. I loved them so much that I brought them home with me and am drying them to preserve in a shadow box. Thank you so much to Andrea for making my day that much more special!

Customer service was GREAT! Saw a lot of the staff walking around helping the elderly pick up objects, scanning their items for them in the self checkout, and being super friendly on their way out. Store was also very clean and well organized, found what I wanted with ease and felt very comfortable even though I'm far away from home and this was my first time visiting a Kroger.

The staff at this Kroger are so nice! Especially Robert and Joy! They are a blessing! I love CLICKLIST...you just order your food online and pull up into the parking lot in the designated area...call the number on the sign to let them know you arrived...and a friendly employee comes out and puts your groceries into the car for you! You just pay with your debit or credit card at your car window. Awesome!! Very nice store:)

Love this Kroger! I went back to shopping to Kroger after moving to Donelson… & to the Karens & Chads blowing a head gasket on these reviews about mask compliance, GO EFF YOURSELF! If your vaccinated mind your own dang business & stop worrying about others! 😎

Always clean, well lit, reasonably priced for many items. Parking lot well lit with fairly easy egress/exit. Be prepared to use the self checkouts unless you have quite a few items.

Cashier was very sweet, I was using multiple ways to pay, and she was very helpful and patient

If you haven't tried the deli food. . You should!! I'm currently hooked on Tyler's pasta salad. . Soooo yummmy

I came to this Krogers out of convenience one day and was very pleased with the prices. Also the lines were very well managed and the cashiers we're very polite and fast. I can see myself making an extra trip to the store just for those reasons.
