Publix Super Market at The Crossings

Love Publix Market ( all locations). Stores are very clean, stocked well, all employees are sincerely nice and helpful. Some prices might be higher than other stores,however, my safety at all Publix stores … priceless. Employees gladly walk out and assist with groceries. Always an employee in the parking lot to return my shopping cart. The sales, coupons, and BOGOF are added $$$ savings. Enjoy the online ordering ahead of arrival. Use online to order subs, ordering soup from fresh food bar and use online ordering for deli to slice meat and cheese (no wait and time saving). The best online app for shopping and making my shopping list. When I return to my online list it’s organized by aisle and once I have placed item in my shopping cart, I check it and the item then goes to a list for items in cart. Makes my shopping trip far more organized and convenient. I’m running out of space for additional comments yet best advice would be to load the Publix app and utilize all the many time and money savings. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughters always look forward to getting a complimentary cookie from the bakery as well as a complimentary healthy kids piece of fruit from the produce section. The store is bright, clean, and easy to navigate. If there is a product that is out of stock you can get a raincheck from the customer service desk. I love to coupon, and I always get great deals with the BOGO promotions, digital coupons, and Publix Perks program. The photo attached displays free items as a result of a successful coupon adventure at Publix.

Best grocery store in Donelson. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly. If they don't carry an item you want, just ask at the front desk. They'll order it. They say "shopping is a pleasure" there and it really is.

The place never smells like someone's cheap marijuana (if you've been to the Kroger next door, you know that stank).

First of all, I’d like to say THANK YOU to Katherine Johnson. Katherine went above and beyond for me and my husband. She was kind, attentive, helpful, and made sure my husband found his keys. I know some people may have indifferent feelings towards personal loss, but she was awesome.

The Publix overall is amazing, as well as the customer service staff and crew. I’m not surprised given she is customer service manager. Thank you, Katherine, for amazing customer service and help!

I love the fact that you get great customer service the manager I think his name was Danny was so wonderful when he thought I didn't have the money to get my items he went in his pocket and pulled out a $20 bill and I just thought that was so sweet .I didn't take it as I was okay at this time. But this is not the first time an employee offered to pay for a grocery item. I love the fact that you DON'T NEED COUPONS TO GET SPECIAL ITEMS. I HATE KROGER AND THEM DAMN DIGITAL COUPONS. I REFUSE TO SHOP THOSE ITEMS.

They always have whatnI am looking for and more. The gentleman in seafood helped me the other day with lobster tails for my Valentines Day meal . He even took time and showed me where the filet mignon was located. Thank you sir!

Excellent place to shop. The store is well lit. Shelves are well stocked with many name brand options. Even some McCormicks spices to choose from.

The store maintains an adequate number of employees. Including employees at check out to scan and bag your groceries. The employees are very kind and extremely helpful throughout your shopping experience at Publix.

Publix dedication to customers service is outstanding. Here in Nashville, Publix is second to none😉

Prices might be a little higher than Kroger on some things, and watch for the packaging to be smaller, but the quality is better, both merchandise and employees.

Convenient location, prefer to use back roads to avoid traffic. Another fine Publix store that does not disappoint. Will return.

These stores are always clean and tidy. The meat presentation is very well placed and the case is rotated. Lines move quickly and there are humans operating the checkout which make it very personable. The price is little higher than most big box stores but the service and shop ability along with the shelves packed down with not many items missing from them make it the higher standard and may justify higher rates.

This is a great store and I find that Publix does a wonderful job picking out great employees.

Oh my goodness, this location of Publix is "a horse of a different color". Easily twice the size of my neighborhood store with more to offer in choices and service. I left inspired to try cooking new and yummy dishes after personalized help from two employees. One in the deli/cheese area and one in the GreenWise demonstration area. Actually had fun in Tuesday be for Thanksgiving grocery shopping.

Great supermarket, with very friendly staff. The store had everything I needed, even Colmans English Mustard. Will definitely use this store more often.

I love their fruit selection. The whole pineapple is sweet. So is the sliced watermelon

Extremely happy with this Publix for a variety of reasons. Their produce was much fresher than some locations and had a larger variety. I found the bakery to be above my expectations on freshness and have a much larger range of options for cakes and pastries to pick up for everything from office parties to birthday parties. Even some hard to find specialty dessert items. I also found the staff to be very friendly here. I will definitely recommend this location and will return in the future.
