You can’t go wrong with the Hook & Ladder! This sandwich is served heated and the bread is soft. The medium size is a perfect size, if you’re not super hungry you can save the other half for later. They do have a rewards program that allows you to earn points for free food. I love sandwiches and this is one of my favorite places!

This place is always great. Staff r always nice n welcoming. Inside is always clean n neat. The sandwiches r always perfect. If u like subs, Firehouse is the place 2 go. The prices r a bit more but the sandwiches r worth it. Much better than Subway.

Great food, plenty of parking, access on both sides of the building. Love their app so we can order and pickup with ease!

Easily one of our favorite sandwich shops in the area and that's because of the staff. They always welcome you in and treat your order as a priority. Well stocked and have orders ready in an acceptable time

They have a good selection of hot and cold sandwiches that are fresh on a delicious roll.
The concept of giving back to first responders is awesome.
Will definitely continue to support this business.

The Kings Hawaiian BBQ pulled pork and slaw. Yummy.

My bread was sliced perfect!! Not too thin!! Staff had me laughing my way out the door. Had the steak n cheese, was perfect and gotta love the cookies too!

The food is good but I miss the Hot Sauces that used to be there. I loved a couple of them and have only gone back a few times (less than I would have) since they're missing.

LC Firehouse Subs is everything you expect in a Firehouse Sub chain which is a friendly greeting, prompt service and delicious meats with fresh vegetables and bread. No complaints here.

Very friendly. It was so busy and employees never showed that they were overwhelmed. Always nice. Logan was wonderful! Being a former firefighter, it made me feel like I was back in the firehouse. Great job! The nearest Firehouse Subs where I live, is over an hour. Now I'm going to make a point to stop, every time I get to where there is one. Worth it!!

The sandwiches were delicious. And they were a great price. I can't wait to get another one.

I always feel better for coming in Firehouse and getting my tummy full of a healthy meal with lots of protein for energy. I was having an extremely bad day and Firehouse to me is comfort food. Great service. Clean store. Friendly staff. Helped make a horrible day a lot easier to bear.

Oddly enough, the best part of this visit was the incredibly respectful staff! The food was perfect and quick, the store was so clean, but those kids who served me were so polite!!!

We love the large selection of meats and breads 🍞. And we love that part of the proceeds go to fire stations too. A very noble cause. And I love the 120 combination soda machine. Nothing tastes better than a raspberry coke.

I always get the Engine Company, turkey & roast beef with a pickle on the side. It’s an off menu item from back in the day!

I visit Firehouse Subs, on average twice a week. This visit is, by far, the best I have had, overall.
Cleanliness, including the bathroom, was 5 Stars;
Food: taste, portion and appearance was 5 Stars;
Atmosphere, including someone coming to mine and other tables to see if everything was satisfactory, was 5 Stars;
Drink machine was clean and working correctly (some machines squirt syrup sideways, sometimes onto my shirt and/or pants) so I'll give it 5 Stars.

Hook and Ladder sub is the absolute best thing EVER! Eating low carb? No worries! They can make it as a salad!! Super friendly staff at this location, and a coca cola freestyle machine 😍
